Clever Alert

Clever Alert detects missed calls, new SMS messages and notifications (e.g. WhatsApp or Telegram incoming messages) while the phone is not being used and promptly notifies the user with a vibration when it's picked up again.

Events are ignored/reset (and device will not vibrate) if
★ phone is moved within a bunch of seconds from missed call, e.g. you are using it or walking
★ battery is low
★ screen is switched on (option)
★ screen is on when an event is triggered (option)


Permissions info:
"Read phone status and identity" - To detect incoming and missed calls
"Receive text messages (SMS)" - To detect incoming SMS messages
"Run at startup" - To start application with your phone
"Prevent phone from sleeping" - Only used with a pending event to notify and needed for proper operation
"Control vibration" - To vibrate...

Under no circumstances will this app ever read your messages or record who you are talking to or any other kind of personal information nor transmit it to anyone.

Notification
This app will display a permanent notification to avoid being stopped by Android. On Android 4.1+ you can remove "Show notifications" checkbox in the system app settings to hide the notification.

Battery
For proper operation, Clever Alert will wake up your device every 2 seconds to check for movements, but only when strictly necessary, e.g. since an event is triggered till the event is notified with vibration. This can anyway cause a some battery consumption, so Clever Alert will disable itself under low battery condition.
