The test is composed by ten questions evaluated according to your personality. By filling with:

1 star: you notify that the question was read, but your behavior is the opposite to the feature described.
2 stars: you mean that your behavior somewhat resembles the characteristic described.
3 stars: you mean that your behavior seeks to follow the characteristic described.
4 stars: you mean that your behavior is consistently according to the feature described.

As resilience evaluation depends on other factors such as experience, education and family, this app does not pretend to indicate whether or not the user is resilient. However, it may be a good starting point for those wishing to identify and develop attitudes and behaviors of a highly valued characteristic in professionals nowadays.
