It truly pisses me off that I can't put my name on the wait list by phone but I can via this app. I downloaded but don't like it.

What's the point of forcing orders to be placed less than 30 minutes ahead? I want to order before going to a movie so it's ready when we finish. Also, why does the app then reset the pick up time to midnight, after the restaurant is closed? Great development guys. 5-star work right there.

It won't let me order soup from the Catering menu. Every attempt to add something to my cart causes an error saying "Unable to process at this time. Please retry later." Unacceptable.

Use your phone to call them. The menu is full of errors and loops. Reports items selected are not available.

This is why customer service has died in this country. I placed my order via the app. It gave me a promised pick up of 7:10 pm. I sat at the bar, ordered a beer at 6:45. Bartender says I can't pay for or pick up at the bar. Took until 7:35 to get food at pick up counter.

I want to start a to go order but it gives me gluten free, catering, and specials but it doesn't show the regular dishes like lasagna and chicken Alfredo. Going back to ordering on the browser until fixed.

Nice looking app. Just to bad it is totally unless. Tried to use wait list. Not available on app yet is available if you use website via a browser. Doesn't show wait time yet website does. Total waste of space on my phone
