Daraz: Your Online Shopping Application

This is a very good app for online shopping. I am very fond of it. But about 3 months ago I ordered a card for PLAY STATION for 2500 rs. When I used it, I came to know that it is expired. I called the man who shipped it but he did not give a reasonable response. This isn't a good fact about the app

When i ordered something it says that my number is invailed but i give them all right information but they all time says it is invalied this is the worst online shopping app i ever seen Updated:- ididnt putted +88 before my number. And their product quality is good enough. It has some small bugs pls fix that in next update

Try not to buy from this. They give you single orders at a time when you still call the costumer care. I recommend not to buy from this site. Costumer care and response is the worst than anything. Everyone are you serious you gave so much of rating to this app??

very bad order placing system... i palced my order and they send me a sms that your order is not confirmed because of paying method confusion... plz place your order again and i did the same. and they delivered all the things two times.

It does not let me see full titles if tge name of product is lengthy. Its such a pain trying to find foundation shades Nd other details. Kindly fix this, otherwise good app, I've been using it since it came out, a loyal customer of daraz

Very bad app does not have any offer. They rise the price of the item and then reduce few money and surprisingly its what they call offer

Pathetic... I received my parsel today that is awful .. i ordered for the eyeshadow plate of 160 colours and they delevired me the 20 colours plate of very very very cheap and low quality and charged the full price. I have orderd some more things and want to cancel the order but can not do.... there is no such options. I request you to consider my cimplaint and take action.

Terms and conditions need to be mire user friendly. I had bought a wireless BT speaker but it was damaged. Returned it but did not get the replacement nor was I returned my money. I was just offered a coupon code for the same amount. My money was stuck and not a pleasant experience as I am a student and don't have a lot of money at the same time. Ruined my budget.

Please nobody install this app. This app sucks. I ordered from Habigonj, they sent my order to Barishal. It's very far away. I didn't put any field wrong. DO NOT INSTALL IT.

when I saw the app, I was happy & installed. recently I order 2 smart wrist watch. I am astonished hearing their conditions. they told me pay first before observe the product. how can I sure without unboxing the product..... this is the rubbish condition.

Very bad app , mein na shose order kiye te lekin mujhe ghalat chezy bjy gy mein na in ko email kiya 3 bar phr msg b kuya but no response,mein ba but sare order diye ha kuch chezy achi te lekin baki ma mujhe hamesha mahus kiya ha, ab k bd kbi b kuch order nahi karun gi.????

Awesome app really useful i have encountered zero problems the only think is that I ordered a pre workout supplement there was no seal on it and the supplement was already every where in the box this is very bad i trusted the service that's why I pay money i don't want fake supplements or if the seal is open I'm not gonna use that supplement don't waste our money

Dislike ???? it should be free in same city i have ordered allot but they eat money, i mean seriously 195 shipping price for 3 KM distance.. Kamyu.. 24 hour.. Lootlo much better then daraz.. ????????????

I have ordered dippers once ..it was OK . The 2nd time they showed actual price 1500 n discounted 1000 rupees n Same day I got the same thing in 900 rupees. I was like r u serious. Manipulating the customers with fake discount . Very unprofessional and unauthentic.

My experience was very good with Daraz... But when i seen coments nd reviews of people now i am also hesitate to buy anything... Even i motivated my frndx to use daraz

Without showing any reason, they've just cancelled my order after 6 days! Mailed them before twice but they didn't respond to neither of those mails. Very unprofessional.

Oh my god.i have given big order without checking these comments yesterday. Now I m afraid about receiving less quality product. I m repenting now.

I have ordered something about 10 days ago..and that has not come to me yet...a girl from the customer care has asked me to confirm that..and. I instantly did so... bt 10 days have passed..I have not found my product nor any call.

I ordered things but after 6 days they sent a message that my order has been cancelled . I don't know what happened. I m totally frustrated by this app. Take action on it!

They showed me some discounts and when I purchased the product, they cancelled it after 17 days and then they returned my money in form of voucher which can only be used at daraz. Now all the discounts are gone and my money is stuck. This is how they do business.

Very bad experience...on the app they have put up very nice pictures of items but when u buy them they r alooot different from the fake picture...useless app..waste of time n money!!

I love it since it requires very less data to browse. It would have been more easier if esewa had been connected. However I didn't found some of items that i searched. I will still Star full to this app.

They didn't give all products at a though you order at a time and sometime they couldn't deliver bcz out of stock but app shows in stock at that time .....

Very well developed app but during black friday sale. It was unclear how could a discount be availed.

Their sales are a BIG BIG SCAM! so i ordered a product from their so called black friday sale! Paid cash on delivery and later when i opened the parcel i realized that its the Wrong product worth much less than i paid! I returned the prouduct and they kept promising me that they will send me my product which i ordered as soon as they get my return. But after more than ten days they tell me that i can only can either a voucher or a payback .. so what if i dont freaking want a payback and i only want my product which i had bought on sale!! They say its not their policy. Lol . Not a policy that you deliver the right thing after yoy make a mistake and deliver a wrong product? Never ever ordering from daraz again!! And recommending other not to use it either !

Pathetic refund process, first of all they delivered incomplete order after that refund process very slow, Mis commitments , bad experience. Not recommended.

If we place an order that will be added to order list but at the same time there should be an another option where we can cancel that order same time or before shipping instead of calling to helpline or rejecting it at time of doorstep delivery

They give such a quick response on our issues,and try their best to serve the customers. I now always buy my stuff from DARAZ.PK and I recommend all of you to use this app. Their service is mind blowing. I am impressed with their services.

Should add some more features in app i.e My discount codes, Parsal teacking number, Complaint status.. Etc. By the shopping experience is perfect.

Cheaters and fraud, there's always promo prices displaying on top of product photo but there's no way to get products on promo price. Absolutely Fraudulent activity.

Daraz is doing fraud with Pakistani people by offering fake discounts. I ordered gloves with 35% discounts but when I received parcel, I did full payment. Shame on you!

It is good but the main problem is that I don't receive my parcels in time sometime they r the wrong ones I hate and hate the service I hate it

Good app easy to use but didnt accepted my debit card information although everything was correct and one more thing i ordered loreal keratin bundle cost 1800 but when i recieved my order one piece was missing worth 400 and i was fully charged and one more thing please ask ur shipping partner like lcs to deliver the parcel to our home nt to force us to visit their office

I literally downloaded this app to forward my comment on their service in bangladesh. They deliver a single order parts by parts which is quite disgusting(once i have to pay 38tk to deliveryman where my order amounted upto 165tk which is quite embarrasing). Wheather u order a product of their express service or normal both takes more than a week.. If u want to contact them via customer care, it goes to automated service which also charges u over 2.5tk/min with a very slow response. U have to hear the whole damn content about what to press before u can move to next step.. The only good thing u have is that its delivery is free..

Plz off the shipping cost, when the shipping is free we are order happily. bt there was shipping cost so much high, plz you need the perfect cost off shipping, like 50 tk, that is perfect otherwise again add the free shipping.

Don't try this ...I asked for a simple stuffs and they said it would be delivered within 2-5 days .. an today it's been 7th day but I haven't get my orders. Daraz Nepal lots of hate for you . Now I won't pay for it . Sorry We need to go for work an we cannot come for taking that stupid stuffs at anytime ...
