Never loads anymore, even after uninstalling and reinstalling app. Website doesn't let you login now, either

The app never keeps me logged in and takes forever to log in! Then once you finally get logged in and the scanner started it does not scan anything properly and even if it does scan it ends up being invalid anyways and entering the codes just tells you they have already been scanned! Don't waste your time with the app or the rewards program.

Constantly sending you mesaages and announcements. Have had it installed for less than a day and receive notifications every hour!

Scan once, it says the code is invalid. Scan again, it says the code has been used. No points given. And the scanner image is upside down (not my camera, I checked) Doesn't anyone test this app? Sheesh.

Didn't even let me create a freaking account! I tried signing up with both Facebook and Google and it kept telling me something is wrong please try again later. Obviously Danone needs to fire whoever is in charge for developing this app, database issues??? Read the other comments. So much for an app advertised on their yogurt boxes.

It's handy for scanning QR codes but constantly freezes while doing that and it takes forever to load. The computer website isn't much better either, I paid 190 points for a $3 off any Danone product, it said "that's embarrassing.. error" I have printed it already.. but my points were subtracted anyway. This happened shortly after finding pain or blood in an Oikos tub. I think I'm done with the brand altogether

Not easy to use. The code scan does not work. Have to enter the code manually. As well, not easy to navigate. Never know what the points can be used for

What's the point of having a point system if everything I scan isn't valid? What, I didn't spend real money? What's the point of having a bar code if they don't work?

Crashes constantly. The recipes don't list all the steps and call for many ingredients that I don't keep in the house.

I absolutely love Active by Danone. I have at least one or more a day. Yum

emails are too frequent and have to print all coupons

Downloaded to get access to coupons that were promised as a reason to install app. The coupons are the one thing that I can't find on the app. Click your welcome coupon email and it launches a page to install the app. Seriously? Test your app before you release it. Uninstalled about 10 min after loading.
