About Sixaxis Compatibility Checker
This is the companion application to Sixaxis Controller and allows you to check whether your device is compatible with the following controllers before purchasing the full application on Google Play:

DualShock® 3 Wireless Controller
PlayStation® Move Navigation Controller
PlayStation 4:
DualShock® 4 Wireless Controller (If pairing on a PC, you must use SixaxisPairTool 0.3.0+)
*** IMPORTANT ***
- ROOT access is required!!!
- Internet permission is required only for gathering basic device compatibility info to improve future support.
- Due to the way pairing is done with the controllers, you need to manually pair your controller with the PC utility 'SixaxisPairTool' (available on the website) and a mini-USB cable. Android 3.1+ users can also pair directly on their devices via USB.
- It is highly recommended that you use an ORIGINAL controller. Many after market controllers will not work. If you get a 'Client connected: 1' message, but the lights on your controller continue to flash, it is almost certainly not an original Sony controller.
- The fake controllers that are most likely to work (though not guaranteed) are those made by Gasia. If you bought a fake that works but isn't made by Gasia, I'd love to hear from you so I can compile a list of known working controllers.
- Be sure to read the instructions in the help menu carefully.

Says it is compatible. Yet when I use the full version of this app, the touch emulation doesnt work at all. Pressing the power button wont do anything. Controller still blinks. I have android N installed. Please update your app for nougat.

It's a compatibility checker and nothing more. So don't be a douchebag and leave low ratings if you don't know how to read what your downloading or know how to root your device. I'd like to clear the air on most of the one star ratings on this app. They are almost all from people that don't understand this is a compatibility checker to see if your phone can run a paid app used to pair a Ps3 controller. That's why it tells you your phone is incompatible if you don't have root. The pairing app requires root to work, and this app will save you about $2.50 if it tells you you don't have root. It does its job, so 5 stars. Stop rating it 1 star if you don't understand how the process works. Just because it requires root and you haven rooted or are unable to root your phone doesn't mean this is a bad app. This app works well.
