It may look complicated - it is as EASY as YOU CHOOSE to make it. This app allows you to go into detail. I'm delighted, and very pleased to highly recommend.

by H####:

I use this app everyday, sometimes several times a day. I'm keeping data in case I need to file for disability. Love This App, Thank You.

C70%
by C####:

This is great for pain tracking with multiple illnesses. I agree with others that the graph tracking needs some work but overall it's the best way to track my pain. Very easy to use as well.

O70%
by O####:

Good app for keeping track of your pain levels. Doesn't allow you to zoom in on the graph on an android phone though. Perfect for what I wanted it for.

by U####:

Love it for pain, but wish you could also track non-pain symptoms more easily. The pain scale number descriptions are perfect. I just wish that I could enter symptoms and essentially put a check or intensity number on days they occur, such as nausea that isn't clearly pain related. Or for issues that are a constant like depression just entering a number and maybe intensifying triggers. To some extent the app allows you to do that, but it takes a lot of work to set it up for each thing. For headaches and when my joints are flaring or if my joints are feeling particularly good it's awesome, especially to graph my joints with air pressure. For constants like depression or my low back pain just entering an averaged number for the day would be better. For days when I'm hashing bad allergies, insomnia, dry eye, just a check list and intensity option would be easier.

For an app which costs it would be better if there was a map of the body not just the head so you can visually see where you get pain and when. I like how it tracks the weather to see if that effect the pain, but other than that sad I spent the money on it

U70%
by U####:

It's really nice to be able to change the date of entry if you forget to rate a day. Easy to use. The colour calendar makes tracking good and bad days easy by quick glance

U70%
by U####:

This is great for symptom tracking but needs more options to track surrounding information. Specifically medication changes.

Only reason not 5 stars is would be good to have desktop version. But that's being pernickety.

U70%
by U####:

It is nice to be able to customize this. You just put your info in and your done. Reports and graphs can be printed to take on doc visits.

Thoroughly covers all the notations needed to track progress and declining conditions. A good journal tool.

It helps me to keep a check on my pain

It's not what I thought it would be. I can't sync between devices nor can I list any medication I'm currently taking. I would like a refund.

U70%

Not so easy to use really, there must be a better one

X70%

This was the best app I had found until this last update. Now nothing can be saved or reviewed. Very disappointing. Last thing I want to do is have to think when I have a migraine

U70%
by U####:

I have a number of chronic health problems, and this was the BEST app to use until the Android update. Please fix the issues so I won't have to uninstall. Or at least respond that the problem is being worked on....And when all is well, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thanks

U70%
by U####:

Really good bit of software. The issues I have is, I can't remember lines between data points on the graph. It's very messy looking. With 20-30 entries a day it doesn't look clean. I'd like to be able to clear it up. Especially with longer term trending. An export to csv would be great, and save the above issues. As then j could get it into excel and manipulate the data. Plot extra lines on the graph, etc

B70%
by B####:

Customizable pain scale is a must have for accurate, consistent record keeping and this is one of my favorite features of this app. The triggers, pain location, remedies, and symptoms are all quick to enter (and customizable). It would be a 5 star if I could export to spreadsheet and enter a note separate from a pain log entry. Thanks for a helpful app! My neurologist was very impressed with my printout and wanted a copy for her records.

Z70%
by Z####:

I use it for my Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Sinusitis. It has lots of flexibility, you can tailor to you needs easily and the reports allow for data analysis and better understanding of how and why your pain may increase or decrease over time. Very very useful.

U70%
by U####:

This tracker is easy to use and better for me than tracking on paper. I was able to show the report to my neurologist at my last visit. The entries are brief and the pain number ratings makes it easier to see trends.

U70%
by U####:

This app has made it much easier to track my pain than a traditional pain diary. It's always with you on your phone, it keeps track of weather, times, dates, etc. for you, and you can view and print charts comparing say your daily pain levels versus the daily atmospheric pressure, and find your specific triggers easier. It also has been great for my GP and rheumatologist and pain docs, and helps me be taken seriously. Hopefully the better tracking of what hurts when will help with an eventual diagnosis!

Great for tracking symptoms and responses to therapy/medication, as well as weather. I use this myself and recommend it to my patients!

Was a good app and worked well... Until android 6.0.1 / Mashmallow, now the calendar won't come up. Keep looking, there's better out there.

C70%
by C####:

This app is flexible and easy to use. I've added "allergies" and "headaches" and reports have been very useful. Highly recommend.

Hasn't worked since I got the 5x/Android M. This was the best app I'd used before then, and my neurologist loved how detailed the reports were that I sent him each month for my migraines. But with it crashing/force closing every time I open it, it's worthless now. If it hadn't been so great before, it wouldn't be such a disappointment now.

B70%
by B####:

Used it for years on my iPod and loved it. Got it for my Android phone and hate it. Keeps crashing, can't adequately set up for my needs, no clear means to set up reminders. I sent email to developer and no reply. They get the money and I get worthless app.

C70%
by C####:

The app is near perfect. Two things I would like to see is password protection (preferably encrypted) and the addition of a body map. The face map is awesome. Even without those suggestions, I still give the app 5 stars. It will work great for me to find trends and remember some issues for doc appointments.

C70%
by C####:

I used to love this app because it helps keep track of daily pains and very easy to use, but in the last few days I can't even open it, because it keep closing every time. Too bad.

C70%
by C####:

I have used several different "Pain Diaries" and for ease of use I rank this one at the Top. Easy to use. Reminders to Add your Daily info. Easy to Export to SD cards or external memory, and in 2(two) formats. Handy for keeping both short and long term records and to Print out for your GP or other Medical Practitioner to let them see how your illness/condition is progressing - especially if you have difficulty remembering stuff.
