Friends and Family Test (FFT)

Although this app is designed mainly for use within the NHS, there's no reason it cannot be used elsewhere to collect patient/customer feedback. Please note that this app is identical in functionality to Satisfaction Kiosk.

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is the following simple question: "How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?"

Since 2013, the NHS FFT scheme has played a key role in gathering feedback from millions of patient who have used NHS inpatient and A&E services across England. From December 2014 the FFT will be extended to many more NHS services, including all GP practices, mental health, community services, NHS dental practices, ambulance services, patient transport services, and hospital outpatients services.

It will be a requirement of these NHS services to provide patients with the opportunity to complete the FFT. This data must be submit online to NHS England on a monthly basis.

Administering hundreds of patient responses is very time consuming but this app helps your organisation gather the required FFT data quickly and simply!

Designed to be run on large screen tablet devices (e.g. with a 10” display) near to an exit point or in a reception area, this FFT app includes the following features:

☆ Remote Configuration ☆
Once enabled within the app, Remote Configuration creates a folder within your Dropbox 'Apps' folder containing a config.ini file. Edit this file to change question text, answers, and enable custom images (by uploading your own images to the same Dropbox folder and setting the relevant setting to 'True'). The device will download the updated config.ini file (and any custom images) after approx. 10 minutes and apply the settings accordingly.

Please note: Because this app stores response data securely within the device, should the device become damaged or the FFT app is uninstalled, your response data will be lost. Remember to export your response data regularly!
