Create awesome, perfectly aligned, "before and after" animated gifs using your android phone.

Simply choose a "before" picture from your gallery (or snap one from within the app). This image will appear as a transparent overlay on the screen's camera viewfinder. This enables you to perfectly align your "after" photo (you can even pan and zoom the "before" image). Tap the camera icon to take the "after" photo, then preview your animated gif before sharing via email, facebook, google plus etc (or you can save it to your phone*).
This app has a ton of use cases:
- New Haircut? - create a before and after selfie and share it on your social network
- Interior Design - before and after a room transformation.
- Create animated gifs comparing old black and white pics of buildings/landscapes with how they look now.
*QuickPic (also available from the Play store) is my recommendation for viewing animated gifs on your phone.

I haven't read any other reviews so this may have been brought up but I think it would be cool if you could use to existing pictures one for the overlay and then instead of taking the picture use another one that you already had, is that possible?

I really like the idea of this app, but I don't know why it keeps loading my before images upside down, it makes it really hard to align the camera for the after picture. :(

Looks cool but the photos it takes are extremely out of focus making for sub par compares. The device attempts to auto-focus but appears to not finish. Now that I speak of it, I experience similar issues with other apps that take their own pictures, not sure if its an HTC One implementation issue or my device issue.

Even Kevin McKinley can use it! Once he figures out that it's his phone's problem and not the app. My 4 year old SPH-D700 handles things fine. Well done app with cool fade between images!

Really great app. I used it to make a before and after gif when cleaning my room. It's amazing to see the difference!!
