Function Planning

FP(Function Planning) helps to manage Guests List, Vendors List for the party, hosted by you. Now, you don't need to be dependent on the pen and paper to note down this detail and scribble on it. App provides you access to local address book or create new entries for guests / vendors. Over multiple events that are hosted, you would like to see the guests you have interacted with. Similarly, the list of vendors who have provided service. This information is now available at click of button.
Following are key steps in using this application.
1. First you have to create an Event / Function. which you want to organize in future. You may also make the records of previous Events / Functions.
2. Secondly you can create an Guest List, whom you want to invite in it. You can also search the guest name, contact number and email address from your contact list. You can track RSVP for the guest.
3. Thirdly, you can create Vendor from where you are buying services or products required for event e.g. flowers, cake. This shall result into Vendor List.
4. With the top level menu item pointing to guest and vendors list, it will be easier to find a vendor and recommend to your friends as well.
