I absolutely love this app! It allows to concentrate on the body arts or health aspects that are particularly important to you. The instructions are extremely easy to follow and the videos look great! This is a muss - Have app for everyone who loves yoga, but has no time/opportunity to go to a yoga class. The €3, that you monthly pay for the pro-version are totally worth it! Don't forget to download the main app!!!!

I was a new yoga user because I am having problems with my neck that the chiropractor cannot touch. My husband suggested yoga. Skeptically I downloaded the app and thought this won't work. I am convinced that yoga is a lifesaver. It has changed my mind because my neck is slowly getting better and I look forward to my yoga sessions everyday. This app has so many different sessions that you cannot get tired of doing the same one. I would recommend this to anyone and I can find the app just fine.

For newbies. Make sure you download and try from the free daily yoga apps. And from there, you can download a few apps. I've been using the free apps for a year just to warm up and start. And I just joined the pro yesterday because is worth it!

I get the widget idea and I get that its pro but why would you have anyone be able to download this but they can't use it on the daily yoga app because they have to go pro. Stating that this app is pro makes you think that you don't need to go pro for the daily yoga app. Seriously a waste of time and data/money. Not everyone is a tech savvy genius.

I think it's funny no one realizes they need to download THE MAIN APP since the workouts are just PLUG-INS. This app is by far the BEST yoga app I've discovered. The free app was so awesome I decided to go pro and never looked back!
