Exercise Frequency:
More than 3 times of practicing in one week.
Suitable for:
Moderate yoga practitioners or above.
Tips:
• Before practicing, have a short warm-up.
• People with hip or knee inflammation are not recommended for this session.
• If any discomfort or exhaustion is felt during the practice, stop immediately.
• Breathe through your nose during the whole practice unless instructed otherwise.
• After practicing, massage your sore muscles.

This app is trash hold up is not even an app. You Have to download a different app to start using this and you can't even use it once you download the other app, there just playing you. I hope wherever made this dies alone.
