Meditation is one of the most crucial aspects to cultivate more peace and happiness in life. It is to build self-esteem and intuition, hear your truth, make wise, skillful choices, improve communication, increase creativity and productivity, and let go.
If you've tried meditation thinking it would be quiet and peaceful you have probably been surprised to discover that it is quite a challenge. In a Zen meditative practice you are taught to meditate often for hours at a time in a seated position with an emphasis on maintaining a fixed posture. Usually, one's posture slips as the meditation wears on and this is believed to adversely affect the meditation.
At the core of meditation is the goal to focus and eventually quiet your mind, thus freeing your awareness. As you progress, you will find that you can meditate anywhere and at any time, accessing an inner calm no matter what's going on around you. You will also find that you can better control your reactions to things as you become increasingly aware of your thoughts (letting go of anger, for example). But first, you have to learn to tame your mind and control your breathing.

On the nexus 4 the install seem to be broken. The app icon did not install, and on the play store I only get the uninstall and no open option on the app page. I've tried other apps from you and it is the same also. I've never came across an app that couldn't install on my device - so I couldn't even get to open the app.

I haven't done yoga in 5 years.... I finally realized that I have become more stress and its getting really hard to concentrate on my school work. I highly recommend this app to anyone having a really hard time in focusing...

Was wondering why the file is so big. Didn't realize it's a guided meditation so that was a nice surprise. Would be good if the instructions in the middle and end can be soften so that it doesn't sound abrupt

The content (voice instruction and the video) guides into the basic step by step of yoga practice. If there are those who gave a low rating: either they have trouble downloading (needing assistance) or they have individual preferences that are yet to be creatively integrated. Those that compulsively badmouthing have unconscious personal issues that are irrelevant to the objective analysis and evaluation of the application. From the Philippines Cheers to the developers!

I'd tried some other programs, but never felt any of them either effective or so simple to be done as Daily Yoga. Strongly recommend for all of those who needs to feel really great after any of quick session for whatever your need is. I love doing meditation class in which I think not only is reinvigorating but also pleasant to connect me with my own. Enjoy it.

This is a bad game I can't see the game on home scren
