Calming soothing voices, excellent demonstrations, lots of variety, beautiful music, attainable goals and levels. I'm a beginner, but I feel a difference after just 2 weeks! I have a long way to go, but this app will get me there, one step or pose at a time. Oh and love the various programs I can follow too! Trying the 3 week weight loss one now.

Yes you do need to pay for this app, but it is a small fee of $5 a month. When I went to my local yoga, I found it to be $20 a SINGLE lesson. So for 1/4 the price I would pay for 1 lesson a WEEK! I am able to do 20 personalize lessons a MONTH!
