DailyNinja - Daily Freshness

I downloaded this App as our gated community starting using it for daily milk supply. Yesterday all of a sudden, I noticed a huge spike in my internet usage. Around 370 MB is being consumed by this app. Only thing which I did today with the DailyNinja app is to reduce the milk subscription to 0 for today and next 4 days. I don't see an option to upload the images, else I would have uploaded the screen shot. Now I am little skeptical to use this and feel like there is some thing fishy with this app.

Good idea but the worst implementation. Don't fall for it. I have been asking for my money back for two weeks now but they don't respond. Once the money goes into the wallet you cannot get it back.

You morons don't steal people's money

It is biased. It takes orders in only Well known societies. And if you enter any Appartment, you got to key in milk delivery agent details. Why the hell will I use the app if I have all details. Won't I directly buy milk from milk delivery agent.

Superb service. Blazing fast support. My wallet recharge issue got solve like in seconds.

Best Door delivery service for daily home grocery needs

Pathetic experience. I downloaded this application and subscribed for milk. The first thing I get to kNow next morning is the subscription is not reflected. Called customer care and was put on hold forever. Pathetic experience in 2 days itself. Why venture in to something which you cannot manage.

Happy to have fresh products delivery early in the morning

Why do I need to sign up with account kit? Why is it required in first place? And why isn't it optional?

The flexibility and product quality is ok.. customer service is also ok .. however after recent update the payment options have been reduced to only cc, dc, net banking and paytm ... This is disappointing .. although their support is telling since past more than a month that they will very soon resume other payment options .. but nothing released so far

Useless app. Installed and asked me to put apartment. So this app is only for people who stay in apartment. Don't know who got this clever idea. I want to give him Mr Entrepreneur award. Thank God I have doodhwala app which is very useful and don't act too smart. I just uninstalled this useless as soon as I installed it. Don't want to keep garbage in my phone.

delivery service of dailyninja is pathetic. Eggs when delivered are always broken. Even after repeated complaints they do not seem to rectify this problem. They somehow try to put the blame on the customer. Dailyninja seems to assume that the eggs get broken when I take the eggs to the fridge. delivery is on time, but what gets delivered becomes useless... i have escalated this with the customercare, and they have refunded the amount, but still the products arrive destroyed. i would not recommend dailyninja.

They r such a big waste of money.. They never deliver what u want especially in case of milk products.. They stop delivering items n it becomes very difficult in the morning without milk.. I will never suggest this to anyone.. Don't waste ur hard earned money..

Hopeless service. 1. They deduct money Without delivering the daily pack of milk 2. On contacting customer care very defensive reply given. And still no corrective measures taken. 3. Today damaged milk pack delivered! Even though we had told the customer care people to ask the delivery boy to ring the bell during delivery time. I donot recommend this to anyone for now.

Save changes never works.. product wasn't delivered and the money was deducted. I thought they might be knowing about this and will contact but no call from anyone. Guys you really have to work hard..

Deduction from balance would happen for sure even if products doesn't deliver. I need to request for refund, otherwise they enjoy the money. Writing this review when the repetition of this is too much and customer care is also not responding.

This is not a great app. It doesn't throw a message when your balance goes low which could end up in stopping the service. A very basic feature missing

These guys are not able to co-ordinate with their vendors and I have been missing the milk delivery for almost every day. When you reach out to the support you get canned reply.

- Worst control over vendors, - frequent delivery issues of subscribed milk, - fake promises. Customer satisfaction takes the last thing..

Tech support is not able to fix a recharge problem... Highly underrated support team

Great ease of use, makes daily ordering and life very simple. Even with the most minor issues faced, there is instant response and solutions. Great customer service.Keep it up guys

Terrible service...Last 3-4 orders either completed half or not even delivered, yet if you check it states it is delivered. Entire trust on worthless local vendors who delivers.... Terribly disappointed

Worst app..more than anything else this app always gives near to expiry products..shittiest products this app is selling.if u are concerned about ur health, dont even try to buy products through this app

They do not have option to take money back.. Beware of it. When trying to call there support nobody is picking the call. Completely unprofessional

I have started using this app since last 2 days and both the days have been bad experience. And all due to no notification and no information. Tell something and do something else. They cancelled my order and I have no alert or notification about it. When I asked why did you cancel, the reply was that they have not charged my wallet. I am still clueless why my order was cancelled.

Non-diary products are either not delivered or delivered very late... Disappointed

After upgrade payment options is limited only for paytm phonepe and dc,cc. Other wallet options are not showing like in old versions
