The shipping fee is ridiculous. The item is only rm30+ but the shipping fee is rm170+ plus the delivery fee rm20. So total rm200+. Very ridiculous. U have to apply as prime member to get flat rate of shipping fee (rm8.80) which is need u to pay the fee rm18.80 for 5 days or rm188 for 1 year. Not friendly at all.

1. Very slow reply customer request. 2. Very slow delivery. 3. Very slow place order, at least take 24 hours to process an order. 4. After paid for order they totally no response any equery. 5.Refund processing very slow.

Ezbuy uses a much higher exchange rate than Taobao. Although Prime membership helps to save some money on shipping fee, the higher exchange rate actually sometimes make customer pay more.

Is there any problem with the account number , can even make transition

I like ezbuy but what happen to the app recently keep on cannot load can someone look in to the problem.

Charged 2times on the debit card and unable to resolve.

Too many notification with ads which I cannot disable.

I can't pay through ocbc anymore and the machine says that the account number is invalid

ZERO STAR! Alot Bad China quality items! Bad! Bad! Bad! China made! Taking too long also! Bought a jogger pants, quality is so bad, so thin able to see through! Jogger pants for goodnessake! Joggerpants are normaly thick! This one so thin, able to see thru! Very unsatisfied!

Disappointing! Sold a 2nd hand handphone. A USED HANDPHONE! If you want to sell a used phone at least state there that the phone is 2nd hand. Came to me with all of the sides full of chipping and paint peeling. And when i inform the support group they have the cheek to say that they didn't know? Then why keep telling us that all items will be inspected etc.? It is YOUR job to check that all items are in GOOD condition. After this incident i decided to give it a chance and order again some stuffs from them and again it is DISAPPOINTING. Eta stated 26/06 latest but when asked they said it will arrive 11/07. How dishonest?! If can't arrive on time at least put a further date so that you dont put false hopes on your customers! Rearranging of parcel also take 1 week. My goodness! Ezbuy was good at first but now just becoming worse

Ezbuy should be renamed LOUSY BUY! The desktop version is even worse, had a really hard time ordering, paying and scheduling for delivery!

Apps not function properly after updates 3 days ago, had hard time to use it.

After ezbuy was update it keep show connection time out n when I check my personal profile become someone else acc that I keep need to log out n log in again.pls try to do something abt it.as previously there was no problem like this before.

It will be a really good apps if it doesnt keep on scrolling up on fav list.

It is the apps that I used so far especially for the prime membership. I can ship everything from oversea at low price for unlimited parcel size and weight. #ezbuy

Slow.

Exchange rate is really lousy! Free agent fee is actually offset by the lousy the exchange rate. So beware. Also, no improvement on my feedback... I have 11 items in my order, I can only see the status of 5 items. Update: Now their Ezbuy option is unable to see the consolidated weight. Previously you can see and consolidate your items accordingly which is fair. Now you can't! So you can see how their service is deteriorating. Boo!

maybe you can improve the app by having a picture search thing so it's easier for customers to find the product they want since its usually in Chinese so when translated to English, it's not properly translated and easier for us to compare and pick out products! Exchange rate a little high and I only had one trouble with the payment once but other than that it's OK.

U will be charged twice for home delivery even if the 2 parcels are delivered on same day same time. And the answer they give u is not customers oriented. They only want to make money and not retain customer.
