Crochet Stitches

I'm a newbie at Crocheting, I enjoy the vast variety of stitches, still struggle with the so said easy magic ring. Of course practise or repretition is the key. Yet some stitches come easy for me but the magic ring just is frustrating me. Your app is perfectly giving a 5 star for presentation and pic with the diagram. Thank you ????

This is an excellent library of crochet stitches, which is exactly what it says it is. I was a bit disappointed, because I'm looking for a good source to learn crochet basics, but once I get my basics down, I'll come back to this app.

A really good app. Simple to use. I do think all patterns should have a diagram and written instructions. It would be nice to add some stitches (I could contribute if you need help) and would be nice also to have a section for granny squares. And ways to join. But the premise and ease of use of this app I do love it!

My wife and I crochet together and while she is more experienced than me we both love this app because it is the best at getting an image to see how the stitch would turn out and the diagram instructions as well as written instructions. It would be cool if they added diagrams to all stitches. Looking forward to seeing more added in the future.

Can you please demonstrate what each stitch is. The half double crochet is one that I don't know if I am doing right.

Written instructions are missing for quite a few patterns and some of the patterns with diagrams fail to tell you how many chains to start with. I'll stick to my books. Also very limited number of patterns, not worth the space it takes up on my device.

Out of all the apps they have for crochet this is one of the best. I opened it up and I was wowed. I was not disappointed at all like all the other apps. Well done.

very nice patterns for the crocheting people who want ideas on a new project. didn't see and projects here just the different stitches.

I love the variety of patterns. I do wish they all had a written pattern available, thus the 4 stars instead of five.

The pictures of the finished item are above a crochet chart. It is easy to understand if you take the time to study it and compare it to the picture. This app is definitely NOT for the novice crocheter who does not know how to make basic stitches. To learn how to crochet the stitches in these patterns, see learn to crochet apps or watch you-tube videos. I am very happy with this app and thank the creator for it. I do have a concern the ad break that appears every so often may become so frequent I get frustrated as has happened with other apps.

This app is excellent if you know the fundamentals of crochet. I have crocheted for more than 20 years, but had difficulty finding someone to "visually" show me the stitch and counting. Not at all for a novice. I also "tat" and you have directions for this nearly lost techniques. I LOVE THIS APP!

Love it. Loads of crochet graphs. Shows which sections the pattern is repeated. Graphs very clear. Also written patterns for flowers. So many stitches that I haven't come across yet.

Great list of easy stitches for the beginner, clear pictures. I am a beginner and this helps a lot! It will also be a great reference tool. Thank you for this app!

I wouldn't recommend this for someone who is just kind of starting out and only knows part of the basics. This app doesn't introduce those basics that you need to make most of these stitches. If it did, I might give it a higher rating. Also, not all of the stitches have diagrams. Reading a set of specific instructions is ridiculously difficult to do for some people, and having a picture of what your result should be is infinitely easier than trying to decipher written instructions. In any, if all future updates, these should be added. Like I said, a basic tutorial option that shows you what the very basic things are (chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet, "magic circle", all that good and completely vital stuff if you want to actually achieve anything. I personally have a hard time remembering the names of stitches and crochets, and only know what single and double crochets are called, and I can make that little slip knot chain used to start the thing off and add to stitches, that's it), and diagrams for every single stitch because holy hell are instructions hard to read. I probably won't use this app for very much longer if I can't figure out the stuff that this app doesn't tell me by googling it. The diagrams are important, ok, that's the only way I can figure these out in the first place. Please add those features in updates.
