This app works with a pretty expensive coffee maker. It would be worth it if it worked. The maker allows you to configure custom settings, like brew temperature, but only through the app, and the app only allows you to do it by creating "favorites." Trouble is, I create a favorite and then go to brew it, and the app crashes. And this morning, the quickstart function didn't even work. The only way to get the thing to brew was by pushing the start button on the maker itself. First-world problem, I know, but the default brew temp is too low, and for the money I paid for this thing, it should work. Fix this app, people, or I'm going on to Amazon to give it one star there too!

Horrible support no phone support whatsoever. We got an email with five steps that a 5th grader could have written. We strongly recommend that you stay away from this app and this product and return your coffee pot immediately to avoid the expense exasperation we experienced. We are returning it as we speak despite five or six uninstalls reinstalled reboots etc etc etc

Brewing can be hit or miss - today I'm no longer able to use the pre-set brew settings that I've used for weeks prior. App complains about the brew temp being too high and tells me to lower it, except I can't do that because it's pre-set, and literally unavailable to the user. Instead, I have to edit the quick start button settings to get the desired brew. Also, still don't have a scheduled brew feature, not sure why, should be a super easy code enhancement...

Needs the bugs fixed. For an app that occupancies a $100+ smart coffee maker it sure does have problems. In my first week of owning it ive had to repair it to my wifi twice. Also none of the favorites work. I click "Brew Now" inside my favorites and it does nothing. Hopefully these can be fixed in an update.

App won't let me brew less than 6 cups. My understanding was the coffee maker was fully customizable. Not so, must make 6 or 8 cups. This is a big waste for single person.

Always crashes when trying to schedule a "favorite." This is an important factor in making the app streamlined.

Does a decent job, but it'd be nice to have an option to save settings along with more customization options. The ability to control brew time and rate of water flow/release would helpful for those who might want to use the device as the brew head for pour overs or other functions. Again, it's not bad, but it's not great.

Works well. More presets for more brands of coffee would be nice. I don't really understand the delay brew function. You should be able to set the time you want the brew delayed until.

Thought this would be a standalone app to aid in calculating ratios for the Brazen Plus. Looks like it only works with the Connect model. Too bad.

App doesn't connect just brings us back to the start menu.

Excellent brewer. App has been updated to fix initial problems. Customer service is very responsive. Timer functionality was added with the latest update.

Lacks functionality advertised for Brazen Connected. Where are the updates? Has this project been forgotten?

Worked great for me logging into an account we already created. Looking forward to more functionality. The ability to just hit "start" in a single step using presets, and a morning timer will be key!
