NX Transport - from DA Systems

Constantly disconnecting, about as stable as jelly in an earthquake, can't log out have to force close. Would not be using this if I had the choice. Worst bit is no one gives a toss

Great app when it works, feels like it needs more oomph though, 1..sometimes jobs come down then are unallocated straight away, 2..touching the screen after a period of inactivity sometimes seems to make the app crash. Both of which means having to restart the phone. Edit. The 3 star rating thing seems like a waste of time. 3. An undo button would be handy for when accidentally P.O.B.ing a job Good luck.

Recently changed courier companies so new app to get use to, this app is very impressive and does a lot more than my previous app. Using t his with a Moto E3 which is my own runs quite well, it's fast and logs me every four days which is good. So many useful features like the EXCEPTIONAL function so you can post your package and send a photo of the location. One thing I do love is the reminder when a docket arrives, you keep getting the reminder chime until you accept the docket. The tracking works well, I have an A-Z installed too and in over a month I've not needed to reset my location. My only bad mark is the amount of data this app consumes, about 50MB a day so 1GIG a month isn't enough as against my previous app. I don't use any other data consuming apps. If I want to be able to use google maps I'm going to have at least a 2gig package to cope.

Having used the da for some years excel now I'm used to its quirks. The star rating is not useful and please add photo attachments option on. The proof of delivery section????

Is a lot better than it was do not have to reboot as much, although seem to disappear off tracker once you have finished a job which is no good for trying to get return work. Also don't know why but it seems to be using more data now, have gone from about 700 mb a month to 3 GB which is costing me more as work phone only has 1gb of data a month plus the £8 a week for the app making it expensive to run.

Does the job but . . . Could do with camera usage at each point to cut longwinded explanations. I wish the address details where as shown in the picture. They are not! If a password requirement is for security, then use fingerprints? Need an option to generate simple printable weekly reports.

Yet again another update that just brakes it. I would not mind so much but its not like the app is stable. The coders seem so intent not to let this app run on rooted device's that they brake it when it was running fine on a custom ROM with no root. You know there is a old saying "if it works don't fix it" da solutions could do with drilling that in to the devs and get them to fix bugs instead if creating new problems. This app is buggy at best. Bouncing jobs back all the time. Not sending the pods when complete. And I end up with the office asking me to reboot my device all the time because its not updating the servers. To make matters worse you can't just quit the app you have to log out. 9 times out of 10 the app just hangs when logging out so you have to do a full reboot of your phone just to close it. Then you have to Pratt about trying to put password back in. That in its self is just stupidity why not save the password so it just logs in? I mean come on even if I lost the phone what is the worst thing someone will do? Complete my jobs for me??? This app is for use by drivers why make it so its more messing about than we need? We don't need to be having to pull over all the time to mess about with this app!!! And why in the hell not let this app run on tables? Tablets have GPS most have sim cards and most who don't use sim cards have them tethered to there phones. If it runs Android let it run on it.

The app turns off itself after I've updated my software. There's no routine to it, sometimes it works for an hour but sometimes it shuts down after like five minutes.

It's not good that you constantly need to input your login details after the phone has gone to sleep or after you have momentarily switched the screen off to put the phone in your pocket during a delivery ...... It is also not good that as soon as you login the app starts looking for the network because if this one isn't available then the whole system freezes making it impossible to collect a signature from the customer. The app needs to be able to work freely offline and then it can synchronise as soon as it is back on the network. The jobs need to be stored locally on the device and there must be a work offline option at login to stop the app wasting unavailable network resources and to avoid losing precious time with the customer .... Get this right and I give you 5 stars !! ....

Rubbish

After last update all the previous problem are still and worst then ever about automatic log out now every minut!!! Many time the app log out without reason or result unavailable when im have everything on (data and gps). And many times the controller send a job and coming after 10 mins @Rico logistic over charge us for this app

Ever time I go to app it has logged of this annoys busy customers

This app has just burnt through 1.59 G of data for no reason. Last time this happened it was 0.89 G. Crashes only three or four times a day which is about one tenth the previous version. Sometimes refuses to download jobs until phone is restarted. Previous version required only a log-out and a log-in to fix it. Signature panel too small. Plays jingles through rear speaker when using phone so you get your ear blown-in. Also, you need to move the OK button away from the signature panel.

No longer shows me on tracking since latest update,also freezes alot now,worked perfectly before the last update.

Absolutely rubbish. Uninstalled and refuse to use anymore. Not fit for purpose!!! In answer to service desk reply I was using the most up to date version!!

Thanks for the reply. If you can do something for "login until I logged out " as it disconnected(logged out automatically ) after some time of login. Then we have to go to the option "take a break " and then again "return from the break" to get logged in.i hope you will do something to sort this as well.best regards. Ricky

I think could improve the GPS. When you click in the gps would b nice if takes the full address not only the postcode. And if the creators of this app want go that extra mile. Some kind of multi drop route plan would be fantastic. But the app is good. is a 5* app so far.

Useless. Constantly logs out on it's own, says it's sent POD or GOB and doesn't. I have taken to sending back up texts. Half the time controllers don't know where you are so probably losing return jobs.

The only app costing me £8.40/week and it's the worst app on my phone. With the amount of money being taken the devs should be ashamed. It's also sad when the CEO has to leave a 5* review along with several other staff to fiddle the ratings. DA Systems charge RICO for the user login to the app, this charge is passed to the drivers at the recommendation of DA Systems.

This company is charging stupid amounts of money for an app that hardly ever worked

Logged out very frequently by itself with not notification so you are suddenly logged outand you don't know it. This application overload and overheat my device.

Just done an update and now when I click on an address all I get is a white blank screen

For six months I have had to cope with an app with so many faults that using it was like trying to wrestle an octopus. I have spent more time watching swirly things swirling than a laundromat attendant and paying for the privilege. It kinda feels like DA should have been paying me. Anyway, this long over due update seems to be fit for purpose. (update 12/4/16) I just checked data usage. This app has burnt through .89G of data in half a month. HOW?
