Amortizer - easily plan a loan

Easily calculate the variables of a mortgage or loan that suit you, then generate an amortization schedule.

Case: "How much will my payment be?" Enter your Principal, interest rate, and term. Press Calculate, and find what your monthly payment will be.

Case: "I can pay $500 per month, I need $40,000.00, and I know the rate will be 5.75%. So how long will the term be?" Just enter those amounts, press Calculate, and find that the term will be 102 months.

Case: Enter interest rate, term, monthly payment. Press Calculate to find your principal amount (loan amount).

Case: Enter term, monthly payment, principal. Press Calculate to find the interest rate.

WHEN you are satisfied with the terms of the loan, you can generate an amortization schedule.

(Amortizer assumes only American-style, simple amortization. That is, monthly payments, interest compounded monthly.)

Further functionality is in development (e.g. saving the amortization schedule to your device; sharing it via email, facebook, etc; as well as restyling the interface to be more pretty).
