For 10rs recharge that app take 35rs so plz from this app Totlly useless

don't believe ipaysay , i added 2000/- in ipaysay wallet and i was not able to send my money to my bank account, i mailed them , from 1 week , they are saying , "Dear sir, we will send tomorrow" , no customer support , i don't understand how playstore allowing this cheap apps
