MGCOOL Band 2

I am in love with your band and the results are consistent. But can you please provide below feature : When we connect the band to the mgcool application via bluetooth then let the band be always connected to the application.  Even if we exit the application on the phone, the band should not get disconnected.  If we turn off the Bluetooth on phone then only it should get disconnected. Otherwise band should always be connected to the application.  This way user will get all the notifications when connected

Can't view history, I want to compare steps, sleep pattern. Would be great if could connect to other apps like google fit. Its a great watch but the apps not great. Can see me forking out for another device like fitbit

Garbage! My watch will not connect and stay connected. It freezes my phone too. This has got to be improved

Had no issue synchronizing, but this app is the only choice of you have the device. Functionality is very basic, and you can't check, for instance, your steps from yesterday, or download the raw data for your own analysis. UI is cryptic and language could use improvement.

No syncronizion problems. But I keep getting disconnected from the app. App closes very quick(please repair this issue). Every other thing seems to work perfectly.

Can you please adjust the sleepmonitor so you can monitor sleep all hours of the day/night. Not everybody lives/works during the day and you can only choose hours in the night and morning to monitor. Feels for me as a big flaw, ecspecially because the regular 9 to 5 rithm is outdated. Also maybe the developer can make it so that the watch doesnt get disconnected from the app, it should only disconnect when you turn bluetooth off and not just when the app isnt open anymore. Nice watch overall, works good with the Elephone S7. Is light and easy in use.

No continuous HR monitoring, no history to compare the distances and sleep patterns. Useless

can anybody please help me with connecting to my new Huawei P10 LTE phone? my previous phone was stolen. now i cannot connect to the new phone. please help someone. Maybe a way to "reset Band 2" device?

I need to control sleep mode?please make choice to turn on or off for sleep mode, no everyday i wear this smartband...

Will not open for latest version of Android vers. 8 on nexus 6P

It started OK,but it stopped picking up the sleep record.

App keeps dropping link to band even though Bluetooth is enabled. Unable to receive notifications from calls, whatsapp, facebook etc. Developer must update and fix

Have tried a dozen times to sync this with my pixel. App will not sync. Like the watch but will be returning due to syncing issues.

So far so good. Synced with Note 4 instantly no issues

Very useful. It's my 1st wearable and I'm loving this :)
