I received the Fitrist babe on 17th December, it had issues with steps synchronizing... Now nothing is working on the band apart from the watch and bpm which I think also is inaccurate. This is one of worst buy and I would suggest everyone to check reviews before ordering it.

Complete waste of money even when I got this product under 1k Which is very less than original price 1800rs. The product received doesn't work at all except BPM meter, in which I doubt the accuracy. So, it isn't worth buying at all

I've used it for a month or so but now it has stopped working. Only the watch and heart rate monitor seems to be working and rest of the features are dead. Please have a look into it and provide a solution. This is pathetic.

Hi Team, Great App. Can you enhance some more feature like I should be able to set dehydration reminder for whole day , not just only 6 times. Also if there can be a beep sound also .

It's not at all accurate and app is always expected to run in background and shows in notification of not band will not stay paired, antilost dose not work properly once connection lost it always stays missing, works just for sake of it like any China product. Not really worth it if you want it to work properly.

The camera function doesn't work. Also, Google fit integration would be nice. Pedometer isn't accurate. It's off by a huge number. Rest all functions seem ok. NB: I don't use WhatsApp or FB. So, I don't know if the notifications work or not.

No update since long, has the dev team completely ignored this product? In my previous feedback I suggested some features that can be added. Here are they: 1. Day display on home screen. 2. Giving stopwatch feature that can be triggered by long press of the capacitive key. 3. More UI for home screen. Team please take a note, to maintain loyalty and be in market you need to keep your customers happy.

It's very useless App with useless fitness Band from Intex, it's working very rearly with given features, and automatically discounted with mobile even Bluetooth is open. Customers care support is also not helpful. From 1 day it's not working with all features. Waste of money Rs.1800 is not small Amt. to spend on it. Plz buy MI 2 @1900.

Some function don't work anti lost, heart rate, steps count inaccurate n no option for the app to keep working in background unless u exit through home button

Every time when Ever it is disconnecting . I have to restart my phone than only its connecting and showing notifications, if i dont restart my phone it will not showing any notifications

To some extent it's good..! But my suggestion is that make it the best by adding even more features like auto run the app even though it's not running in the background. Make it little more user friendly for weekly summary and past data records. Accuracy of sleep is not that great. Please improve on it

I don't understand after downloading the app it's not being open because of this I m unable to use my watch! It's just waste of money ..i want the owner to help me out n tell me what should to b done...

Got the Fitrist Pulzz. Counts steps accurately. Quite good. Heart rate accuracy is suspect. Also sleep monitoring is just functional. To make this app great, better graphics are required. Daily record of sleep pattern, GPS sync & integration with map, history of daily steps, calories, distance, etc will make this app great.

Sleep monitoring was not upto the expectations as user have to fill data manually and it will count data for provided input only..anti lost feature I don't know how it works and bug fixes doesn't matter as you can see when was the last time this app got an update...

I'm unable to open the app. Tried on different phones. L

The band is not at all accurate with no of steps it counts steps when I am on my bike or car and also does not give me messages of call notification I would like Intex to fix these glitches and please update the app soon and contact us all and confirm that they are reading our feedback or even interested in our feed back

Not at all usable... Gives pseudo notifications which becomes very irritating sometimes... Having to press a button to see time is again not very user-friendly... BPM monitor is again not very accurate... Last but not the least sleep tracking is very less thought of on the software level... I take naps in the day time too.. it doesn't keep any record of that even after I've increased my sleep time from settings

But it's not giving the the Whatsapp and facebook notification. I'm using Asus ZC550KL. Please fix that problem.

Step recognize inaccurate,heart rate monitor inaccurate, didn't control music at all worst app ever.

I have just started using the band have measured stride and updated it but it is showing way higher numbers, i see a reading of 360 steps when i just have moved some three times from one room to another!!!

it takes sleep monitoring stupidly,you have to put your sleep time manually and the main stupid thing is that when you not wear this watch in night then the nonsense watch think that you are at #Deep-Sleep... don't buy this product,I'm strongly recommended you to buy #Mi or other band.. and the other problem is that the Fitrist Application is truly bogus, it dosnt have any more details, step count faulty but one thing is good that the #Looks & Adorable color of this Band or nothing else...

Post my phone upgraded to Android 7 this app is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app, still does not work. Without app health band is useless. Please help ASAP.

When are you make your application Google fit integrated? From application I can't make use of it. Is there any way I can get data out of your application?

Please help there is connection problem, bcz of that we can't use it anymore, reply to this message otherwise it will show ur irresponsibility and make the app into better

Please upgrade the Firmware. The Pedometer isn't working properly,it is taking more counts. Fix this Bug.

The app is fun to work with but there are something that can make it even better. Take ability to sync with Google fit and Telegram or other customized app notifications for example.

I have using my band from one month and now from 2 days its stopped countings steps and sleep.

Bought it in September. Stopped working in December.. (Device totally dead) Took it to Service centre n they refused to take it at first..

Change ui design and whatsapp msg sender name also display option add and incoming call notification time expand

Needs improvement in mobile tracking system their must be a high pitch sound track so that device can be detected from another room or far area

Stopped working after update to nougat In Moto z play,really worst band app ever seen

The app doesn't work in the background and the notifications only pop up when the app is running in the main screen...pls fix this.

The app is very good, but ui and more flexibility is required in the app. Like the app must be link to google fit. By which the records can be used for more details. Also the app must add more activities like playing badminton, doing yoga activities and calorie burn calculation. Also can add how many calories intake in a day. Also must the app include a weight log.

It's one very worst App ever I see Connection disconnected frequently No support from developer

Stopped working waste of money. pls nobody can buy this product .i dont have ever seen this type product.

I was not expecting much but the band is great, I dont use it as fitness tracker but just as a watch and personal alarm, both of which works, so I'm happy!

I was told by customer care person that this app is not compatible with Android 7 and I am been asked to downgrade my os.

Complete waste of money i thing we should complain about this in consumer forum as they do not assist you at service centers ......intex products are worst
