This is miss leading and false advertising. You must first send a copy of your ID a copy of your Passport. I paid first not knowing I was going to be asked to perform this in order to get my account credited. My bank account has been debited $23 but can use it on this app until I send them all my personal info.

Once I became verified all was very simple. A bit of hassle but i understood why it was necessary. Great customer care. Tito from Toronto.

recharged the UK and spain, worked well. Spoke to assitance, all was ok (question about my account on the website). paid with my bank account. I recomand it

I tried for days on end to load by vouchers, but according to cysend my balance is insufficient,how is it possible. It also does not help to go to the help desk because they dont come back.
