Update brought back the old interface. Back to the annoying scrolling, instead of the fixed view. This is definitely a step back in every manner. Please make the interface a switch, as in a theme and have users pick. This is just a sad development

Finally! Much better now update new version than the previous. About Playback video, it turned out slow motion. Wonder why? I use HD MicroSD chip for the video & pictures, is HD MicroSD cause video playback slow motion? Thank you.

So pleased the App has reverted back to its original format. Thank you very much for doing so, definitely makes things easier to see. Love this app

So new update has killed it. Even the oldest version doesn't work any more . which is a real pain as its a great little camera. So why the heck does it not work anymore? Help!!!

Stopped working with the update. I'm done with this app and camera. I'll be buying a nest cam.

Uninstall old before installing new version. Great solar wifi cameras.

Developer, are you reading these comments. Please get this sorted out. My camera is useless now. Working fine till upgrade now useless. If you can't sort this problem out then restore the old version. That worked, new one doesn't! Shouldn't need a genius to work out what to do!

Well if I could give negative stars I would. Most useless software ever now since last update. Multiple refreshing to watch a live stream. Pulling up recorded videos need alot patience. Can't even add a camera anymore. Just sits there and times out. So now I can't view one of the rooms it's set up in. Bring back the old software. At least that was functional. Looking into a new camera system that doesn't use this DOA software.

This app is now absolutely terrible after the last update. Cannot connect to camera. The old version worked fine - the programmes realy stuffed it up with the upgrade.

1. Logout should be on refresh e...v...e...r...y SINGLE time you need to access or switch from any camera (l have 5). 3. Need better instructions for setup, like what about a "steady blue light" (figured it means the camera is not found by the app to connect to, since the DOG network is not listing on "found networks"; so now HOW do l connect to the DOG network? Or do you have the DOG settings for the camera to connect to?) Or 5) how is that some of my camera connections are connected0 to my home wifi, and the others just to the DOG network. 6) After the update (l made the mistake of having the setting on auto update

Can't connect my Samsung S6 after the app upgrade. I've went through all the help steps and it will no longer connect to my home Wi-Fi. The camera was working fine before the app upgrade.

Was great until the update! I use it as a baby monitor all night. Its now way to quiet to hear my daughter despite all my sound settings turned up.

All I get is trouble with these dang updates please give us the old one back it worked so much better

Was a decent little app for the price of the cameras... used as a monitor for kids interactions, because I prefer to not be in the same room as three kids 24/7. Unfortunately, at a fairly critical time in showing to one that lying doesn't pan out... I have no proof...

Do not update. Motion detection does not work at all after updating.

Easy setup.

Was a good program until the forced update yesterday. Now I can't tell it I'm home so it notifies me that it sees me every few minutes and then I can no longer select all to delete the bogus notifications. Have to do a 3 step delete on each one. Why in the HELL would you force an update that takes the software backward???

Since last update I can't do anything with the video. I go back to look at video and I can't move it forward. I have the watch the whole recording block So frustrating!

With the new update the pictures of motion detection are not working. I cant change between at home/standard/out of home mode now either. A great app until the update.
