All runs well so far. Just brought more cameras. Some ideas to improve: when alarm goes off should take more pictures, maybe 6. Also alarm notification on phone should be able to set for continuous sound, not just little blip. If used as alarm you need to hear the notification.

Still not correct time despite using right tine zone (Brussels). Please add exit button. Double tapping back does not exit application and so draining a lot of battery.

Not working. Will not connected after the new update. Was absolutely fine how it was. Very inconvenient

Cameras not connected after latest update. Very very frustrating, please fix the app, there was nothing wrong with the old version. Please fix

NOT impressed, I've just spent £50 on two cameras and they're always offline. This app seems useless. Please fix it

Doesn't work after update today 21 july 2017. I'm using zenfone 5

London GMT+1 Is showing GMT time. Other GMT+1 timezones seem to show correct time as a temporary work around. Please fix. In the event something happens I would like to know the exact time. Easy to use app. I have 3 cameras and all work well. I wish there was a way to turn ALL the blue lights off. Other than that this is brilliant.

Drains my phone's battery unless I force quit the app. Even when I am plugged in and charging my battery still drains until I force quit. Can't just exit and swipe it away from open apps, requires a force quit from the settings.

Bought clever dog panorama camera. Can't add the camera to the app. Tried ios and android phone. "CID not exist".

Useless... always offline.. does not more anymore

I have two clever dog camera's both connected first time and worked fine but since the upgrade neither will connect

Software is not user friendly, malfunction and poor response

it works fine when i am at home using the same wifi acct. but when i try to access it from my workplace in which wifi speed is very very good....it says cam is offline.

Not working since update. Worked ok before now keeps telling me it's found a memory card. Please sort out.

Missing options and setting buttons after update for camera, cannot access my SD card or recordings

App is back working again. Delete app and re-install it to get it working.

What Are You Doing?? Why You tell Us to Upgrade a New Version on 07/06/17 Today? Can't Download it, and The last version is broken. Can't open anyway. I uninstall it and install back. What Happened? My dog Was DOWN GRADE !! I' Angry From Yesterday Coz Can't watch Live Video together from Another devices, But U see the Mi' and another China Brand can watch together..please fix it. Please..I believe In You Clever Dog..Do Your Best..

The update is now full of bugs and picture keeps freezing . Layout is far worse, time is wrong, it doesn't detect motion properly, You can't tell if it's recording now or not, it's a total mess and really poor now. THIS NEED FIXING ASAP!!! Now it doesn't work at all !!???. Now working again but you have to uninstall first for the rollback install to work

Since the upgrade it will now no longer connect to anything. Having followed all the advise uninstalling and then installing the older version it still won't connect. Completely broken what a waste of money

This is a brilliant system but recently let down by last and most recent update. Most recent today 5th July won't update but keeps suggesting I update. Can you sort this please. Managed to get new update to work but had to uninstall old one first and re-install cameras.

There seems to be limited control of the camera through this app which seems a little ridiculous to me. I turned on the alarm and set it to bark, but now I cannot turn it off or test the other options. I rarely get notifications when I'm at work and cannot view video most of the time even though the WiFi signal is strong, so it really makes the camera a waste of money. Could you please fix this so that customers can have total control of their settings?

Will not connect to camera. Website has no online contact feature. No response to 2 emails. Feedback on app will not work. Waste of money on camera, totally unusable

I actually liked the new look but didn't go into the changelog so wasn't aware of the update changing back to the original layout and uninstalled etc, just thought it was a general issue. now I can't connect to camera anymore and have constantly got a cleverdog notification which I don't really want to disable cos I do want notifications when movement is detected, not all the time for a camera I can't connect to with no setting to disable it, tried adding new device and does add but won't connect for video feed. Very annoying.

Your update version before this was very good, and works well with me. Even the picture looks very smooth. Now it can be open anymore and you force me to install this previous version. I am very dissapointed. And i am one of your brand reseller here. My customer complaining.

Now its better 3.1.5, time selection is back and the scroll bar still. Thx for listening what customer want. Delete the apps first then reinstall, otherwise it will have error in updating.

I wish I could give a minus rating for this pathetic excuse of an app and product. It flat-out will not connect and has left me wondering who actually tests these products?

Much better now app has rolled back. Motion detection working again. Picture quality is less with older app but at least it works! Time zone is set to London but hasn't accounted for daylight savings time so is wrong by an hour.

If your having difficulty updating the old version, simply uninstall then reinstall, no big deal. Great app and devices, had for over a year now got two devices, no issues.

It's shows error- network not connect after around 5-10secs after opening the cam on app. Video is also very sluggish & slow even though the connection is a good 8Mbps. It's become worse after the latest update.

New update which has reverted back to previous version does not work at all. I can't connect to my device. Useless. If app and connections not fixed I'll be sending back for a refund. Not happy

System is good. Motion detection goes off every second even on low, clock is wrong on camera.

Awful over mobile network, I have great mobile coverage but only connects for about 3 seconds before losing connection. Work decently over WiFi but this isn't helpful when out and about

Good cameras and app, resticted to limited features and downloading the media files if laborious and frustrating as they can only be accessed via the app and it's ridiculously slow. Updated to 3.1.4 and lost the screen grab feature, shame as the new interface looked sleek and well thought out. But opt to rollback to the older setup as it worked. Developers need to sort the accessing of recordings on the micro SD easier .. e.g media copy straight from the card, not via the app software. This is standard practice with all other tech

No connection. Tried customer care but no response. Think fake customer care number. Avoid this company. I think it's a scam

At the start it was really great but now device is always offline ang its really hard to connect. Very dissapointed

Anyone having problems updating..the only way I could do it is to delete the app first then install
