Easily toggle your cell radio with this widget. Works on Android™ 7.0/7.1 (Nougat), Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), Android 5.0/5.1 (Lollipop) and most devices from Android 2.3 upwards. Please contact me if your device is not supported and I'll try to add support as soon as possible.
Important: This app requires root. Use at your own risk. If you don't know what "root" is, then don't install this app. It won't work without root!

Installation
Please add the widget or shortcut to your home screen via your launcher.
Use a Locale/Tasker compatible automation tool to create tasks which use this app's plugin.
Please note: The widget is passive. Thus, it has to request root every time it is refreshed. Although the battery impact is negligible, this usually results in frequent (Toast) messages indicating that the app was granted root rights. Please refer to your superuser management app if you'd like to disable those messages specifically for this app.

Device support depends on a variety of factors, including your specific device model, Android version, installed (custom) ROM, used root provider (su binary), and SELinux configuration. Works on Cyanogen OS 12.1 with dual SIM but, strangely, couldn't make calls with SIM#2 when SIM#1 was disabled; but was able to make calls when SIM#2 was disabled.

Amazing app. It has one function and it does exactly what you expect. The fact that this has a Tasker plugin makes it a dream with automation. Full support and 100% recommend.

Just what I was looking for ... I would have given it 5 stars but the widget needs some polish ... technically awesome but graphically challenged ... I did buy it as I fully support all devs :-)

The toggle function works perfectly. It saves me battery when I'm at my cottage on WiFi and the cell signal is week. The only problem is that the widget is ugly and huge (even though it's 1x1). There ARE some design options but no choice of size.

Was using airplane mode with secure settings, but buggy config kept turning off Bluetooth. This worked for my need.

This app works well until super su updated to 2.81. Now it does not have root access. I will rate it back if it will update to the newer version of the super su... Thanks for your reply.... anyway I had to installed magisk instead. No more issues.
