Sleep Calculator for Android
This is a free sleep app that can set an alarm for you to wake up in-between sleep cycles in order to start the day relaxed and with a clear mind.
Every time you go to sleep, you experience a series of sleep cycles that last on average 90 minutes, and waking up during one of the sleep cycles makes you feel groggy and exhausted even with plenty of hours of sleep - sleep cycle calculator tries to determine the best wake up times, or go to bed time in order to workaround this situation.
Perfect at figuring out sleep cycles and recommended for people who have trouble sleeping and don't have a fixed sleeping schedule.
There are four sleep calculation scenarios to choose from:
Scenario 1: you want to know when to go to sleep in order to wake up at a specified time. Sets a go to bed alarm.
Scenario 2: you want to know when to wake up if you go to bed at a specific time. Sets a wake up alarm.
Scenario 3: you want to know the best times to wake up if you go to sleep right now.
Scenario 4: you plan to take a power nap and you want to know when you should wake up.
What this app does
• This Sleep Calculator app is the Android companion of the website https://sleep-calculator.com/
• Calculates when you should wake up and when you should go to sleep in order to wake up in-between sleep cycles.
• Calculates when you should wake up if you were to go to sleep now or take a power-nap.
• Calculates a list of possible "go to bed" or "wake up" times depending on your needs.
• The app is able to add alarms to the default Android Alarm app by selecting a time entry available in the sleep cycles list.
• Sleep Calculator provides a settings option to take into account the time it takes for you to fall asleep (default: 14 minutes).
• Sleep Calculator provides a settings option to take into account the length of a sleep cycle (default: 90 minutes).
• The clock hour format used by sleep calculator is the devices current system setting (24 hours format or the AM/PM format).
What this app does not
It's not an alarm clock app replacement, it only allows you to add an alarm to your Android stock alarm clock app.

I've had sleeping problems for years. I would get enough sleeping time (8 hrs) but the quality of my sleep was poor. I would wake up everyday exhausted. A friend recommended this app and I love it. I've always heard about cycling sleep and understanding that there are certain items to wake up that are the better than others. Maan oh maaaan this app makes its super easy to wake up at the right time. I use it everyday, it'll even set alarms for you. Highly recommend for better sleep.
There's not much to it, screenshots show it all. It works perfectly never failed me once. Definetely recommended. Thanks for the great work! And as a feedback, design (menus' look and logo specifically) can be improved in the future but it works and looks fine right now still.

A simple tool to calculate how many cicles you sleep , or planning to sleep. It has no problems whatsoever, 5 stars from me .
It is pretty handy to know when to get the best sleep and not wake up groggy. Seems to be pretty accurate.

I have used this app almost everyday, and helps me to evaluate the sleep I will need or sacrifice for tomorrow... Whether I adhere to my ridiculous expectations of how much sleep I actually need, or wake up accordingly, is my fault, but the app has never bombed, and has always done what was required of it. Very easy to use anf straight forward!
Just do it. This app changed everything for me. No longer waking up dead tired, hating life, and hitting snooze 600 times in the morning. I'm now getting up easier, feeling better, and moving faster at work

I have zero complaints about this app. There are no ads, it's user friendly, and I love how it syncs with my phone.
The time works for my sleep cycles. It's great that it shows several different times I could wake up without disturbing my sleep.

This app doesn't offer much. There are apps out there that do so much more. Also, it set an alarm for me to go to bed, I actually am usually asleep before this so the alarm wakes me up. Now I can't undo the alarm. I tried deleting the app and the alarm still sounds at 10:30pm. I can't figure out how to override it and stop it. I reloaded the app and that's not working. I'm not sure how.this app has such high ratings.
