Lmbo...The other reviews were correct! Lousy...Installed app at 4pm uninstalled app at 4:15pm after being kicked out of the system three times. Useless please don't waste ur time, use ur home computer to scan then upload.

Despite having one of the best phones on the market with a ridiculously good camera, photo for receipt is always illegible. Given this seems to be impossible for you to fix, please add ability to submit .pdf on the app. It is easier for me to convert jpg to pdf than to get your app to not garble jpg

The claim processing is completely illogical and the instability of the app makes complying with their ridiculous requests impossible. I've submitted proof for the same claim 7 times and it still won't go through because of the unstable app. Worst company and worst app.

I honestly did not want to give it one star. I was on the phone with a rep as we walk through loading the documentation to submit the claim. however, 7 attempts and the rep advised the documentation is blurry. Unfortunately it's not blurry on this end as I'm taking the picture of the receipt. After numerous attempts still unsuccessful, so why is there a future to take a picture and it doesn't work? Looking at the Past reviews of app it needs to be shut down revamped to its full potential it's a waste of everyone's time

There are six choices on the main screen. Only one works: account balance. The other 5 options result in an Error (R002) statement. Not worth 2 cents in value!

Crystal-clear images are never accepted by reviewers after they are submitted thru app. Reason: "documentation provided is not legible." Every. Single. Receipt. They're printed (not handwritten!) too. Makes the app useless, as you need to fax in each receipt.

Don't bother uploading your receipts, their software is so antiquated that they cannot read the receipts. When you see a clear picture on your phone they see a blurry mess. Additionally, there is no submit button and the claim stays there after you hit done. So unless you back all the way out, you won't even know it was submitted it.

I can login to the website but not the app. Feeling better after reading all the other terrible reviews. Customer service was unprofessional and unable to do anything.

No images can be submitted by the camera because it reduces the image quality so bad it becomes completely illegible...I must copy my original images to my PC then manually reduce my images one at a time (so it can be under their 2 Meg limit) then manually add them to my claim from their website. They've wasted so much of my time not to mention their own employee's time rejecting claims because the images are unreadable...

If your app doesnt work properly and the photos are distorted, WHAT'S THE POINT IN HAVING THE APP? Im thinking my documentation is there then my card is disabled. I called and its because the receipts are blurry. SO IS THAT MY FAULT OR YOURS IF YOU KNOW THERES A PROBLEM WITH YOUR APP? So you should unblock my card until you can fix your app! Get it together CYC.

I used to be able to login and use the limited functionality it has but now I just get an error. This app is simply useless. If you're going to put an app in the store at least make sure it works. I've seen Google remove better Apps than this from their store. They need to do the same with this one.

I had issues loading documents from web-based version but had no issues with this app. Only problem I had was viewing what was loaded. Had to log in on pc to verify documents were legible.

A little clunky, but useful. Documentation upload is worthless, the picture quality is absolutely terrible and you can read the picture.

If you have the older version don't update it. Also, [important] the site itself says it can't accept pictures larger than 1 MB, which is stupid since most cameras are 5 MB and over. You have to take good pics AND crop pics until they are less than 1 MB so that they are readable (not even the phone reps realize this, but it's written in one spot on the website; should be made more well known on website and app). >>CYC upgrade your website to accept pictures larger than 1 MB!!!<< It will make our jobs and your employees jobs easier.

All images show up clear when taking them on my phone, but when I access the website to review my claim they are so blurry they are unreadable causing declined claims and delays. Very frustrating.

I usually always get a kick back when uploading pictures of my receipts. The picture for me comes out perfect but it doesn't transmit clear. So then I have to print out the fax cover form and fax everything.

I can't even get logged in! The regular computer app sucks too! So frustrating to use when they question EVERY SINGLE CLAIM submitted. I hate this company and totally believe if this company worked for my employer, it would still be too much paid for their services! This company and ALL their apps suck.

edit 10/15/16: holy $hit. after reading the other reviews i decided to see the images that i uploaded. i used their website. the documents are literally saved at a resolution of 20 dpi. NOTHING is readable at all. yet all my claims went thru. i will ask my employer to discontinue cyc. and i will encourage them to sue cyc too. i want to give this a negative rating. minus 1000 maybe. who are the morons programming this? to the programmers of this app: FUK U

The app frequently errors and the phone help is abhorrent. They always very nicely seem incapable of helping or telling you who can and when they can. I end up complaining to my own HR and it magically gets issues resolved within a couple days. UPDATE to my previous review. Their app camera cannot even take photos at high enough resolution to get verified. They won't notify you though, you have to come looking for why you haven't received your money.

Spent 30 minutes submitting my claims using this app. Received 20 letters in the mail stating uploaded documentation cannot be received. Called customer service and all pictures are blurry. They have a total file size of 2 megabytes. So when I take three pictures of each my claim they compress this image down to less than 2 megabytes total which is utterly useless. Most cameras these days take 5 - 10 megabytes per picture. Someone needs to tell these people about unlimited file size on Google photos.
