The old version of the APPLICATION was working fine...The new Dec/2/2016 version keeps displaying that(an error has occurred )on every login attempts on my LG_V20 cellphone,but I have no problem login in with my same login information on the website from this same device! "PlEASE FIX THIS ISSUE" Guys what is going on? It's now 12/28/16,and the login problem is still going on.....What is the situation?

This used to be a good app that I used all the time. Now...all I get is an error message. I'm recommending going with a different company for HSA and FSA accounts next year. It's pathetic that in this day and age a company can't get an app to work correctly.

Logged in through the website just fine. When trying to log in through the app, get the alert about push notifications being off and when I try to enter log in info, an error has occurred. Based on previous reviews this has been an issue for a while. Need this fixed asap.

The BW website has always been awful, in the entire 3 years I've had an account. AWFUL. I finally decided to give their app a try and NOPE. It does not get better! In fact, the app is worse. At least I can sporadically actually make it into the website. I have never, NOT ONCE, been able to log in via the app. "Error Occurred", every effing time. It's a tad crazy to me they want me to invest my HSA with them but they can't even get their technology together. I'm observing all around failure. Time to switch!

The mobile app does not perform. The full website is just fine but the app is not working. Just shows error at login attempt. Very frustrating

Just loaded this ap and it does not allow me to login. I get a message indicating an error has occurred. Verified I am using the correct user name and password but can't get in. Sounds like I am not the only one having this problem.

Can't give it more stars because I had to hunt down an apk and sideload the app on my own since they can't be bothered to add compatibility for the Nexus 6p. Update in December broke the app and can no longer log in. Per usual, zero response from publisher.

This will not let me log on like the others state. I can log in from a pc with same user name and password just fine. Please fix!

Same log in issue that everyone else is referencing. Considering its been so long, I'm losing faith that you guys know what you're doing with this app.

With latest version that is released around Jan 1st 2017, "too many permissions" issue is addressed. But fails to login. Simply it says "Error occurred"

This app is useless. Can't log in on my Android or Apple version. Why even offer this app??

Won't let me log in. After I enter my credentials and hit login I get an error message that says the application has stopped working, and gives me the option to report it. Completely useless.

This app is a waste of time. There have been bugs the prevent one from logging into the app for weeks with no fix. Transfers from one's bank account take up to two weeks. It is a frustrating waste of time and memory on one's device.

Was working fine then after update I can't sign in.Keep getting error message. I hope someone who helped create this app is looking into this problem

Have to use website. Even with a new phone, updated version, correct user and password. Now it is not working, sorry. Please fix for 5 stars, again!

Since the new update....all I get is error occured when trying to log in. I have cleared the cache data and it still errors. This app went from working to useless!

Wasn't a great app to begin with, but the constant error which prevents you from logging in for the last month has rendered the app useless.
