Okay, tried to spruce up my profile, as suggested, and it told me to "upload a picture from my computer." Er, since this is a Google Play app, I'ma venture a guess that most users will be on their smartphones. Was going to log in to find a contact email to point out that you cant open the "upload profile picture file" link, but the app did not recognize the username I justregistered and verified... that stuff is nothing-I still have high hopes-but am going to need to log in at some point to get much out!

Same credentials work at website. Please fix. Even if it worked, these videos are filled with errors... E.g.. Crt stands for cathode ray tube not cathode ray terminal. In one video he recommends upgrading DP to hdmi, in what world is that an upgrade?!

Like several users before me the app needs to sync the user credentials. Ive installed this app on 2 phones and sames issues. Please fix. I'll update the rating once this is resolved. Content wise I love the site. Used it to get my Security plus.

I might have messed something up, but it doesn't work. When app starts I'm already treated as logged in but I can't view my profile or name. No courses can be watched, and login authentication fails even after password reset (and password reset in app redirects to a 404 page). Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix anything. So I just use the site from my browser. Don't promote your developers to managers cybrary.

[update] the website has the stuff i recommended, but the app doesn't. The website is wonderful and a joy to learn from, but the app is a pain. It has login issues and the videos are not grouped according to modules and it doesn't mark watched vids. Also site has note taking but app doesn't. I trust that an update is due soon. Thanks for the wonderful site.

Great to use on the go. Only problem I have is the password input screen. After promoting to sign in, with the correct password, it says incorrect. However, if you go back to the video's, you'll be able to view them. So it signs in, but notifies you that sign in failed :(. Great app though.

Due to a glitch, my account is logged in but the app doesn't see that. So whenever I try to sign out, it doesn't. And if I try signing in with my account again or another account, I just get "login failure :(" If this gets fixed it will certainly be 5 stars from me

The app works as it should but the A+ course is horrible. The first lesson was about the BIOS. The guy was very vague about what it is, like he doesn't have a clue. He was beating around the bush saying all kinds of general things like the BIOS is what takes a pile of metal and makes it work. It took maybe 10 seconds and then he immediately went off on to how to flash update it but never tells you how, just that you should download it and have power. Also constant log in failures. You get what you pay for and thus course is worth zero. Grade = F. Uninstalled. Don't waste your time.

I absolutely love your website and what you are doing to help people learn. However, when I try to log in with the app it keeps saying login failure or invalid username. Steps ive taken: 1. double checking my spelling. 2. Un install and re install. Have done this 3 times and nothing. Please help.

Being unable to login only really matters to loyal users. To a new user, there isn't much difference. Is this why login still doesn't work for everyone? I'm still a supporter, but disappointed.

With your recent funding I hope you can now invest in a real app. The WordPress kludge falls apart on mobile, gicng a terrible experience. Content is rock solid though.

The website is great however this app sucks. Will not bring up video selection. And when I'm logged in, it tells me can load new content until I log in.

Frequently will say it cannot play a video yet upon refreshing it plays perfectly. I have encountered login issues yet my password and username are correct. Overall a great app but in my opinion the browser version is much better than the mobile currently. There is much room for improvement.

It works fine, but there are some annoyances: the video stops if you turn off the screen and resets if you change to a different app. Would prefer if it let you listen to the audio without needing to keep the screen on.

Apparently a lot of people are having login issues. I can never log in to the application. I always get a login error. I've tried resetting my password multiple times. Now I cannot even get to the forgot password area to try resetting it again. Extremely frustrating application!

I love cybrary since it is rich in content. But I have given 2 stars cause the app is pathetic. Firstly, I have been using cybrary app for over 3 weeks but I am still not able to login. Also there's an issue with downloading a chapter. Sometimes either it downloads like half of the chapter and stops completely, or it just doesn't start downloading. Also if I luckily download a chapter, the videos don't have a proper naming convention which makes it all the more harder to distinguish between each video.

The app work for the 1st few weeks or so. Since that update in the begining of the year i have not be able to log in despite all the updates. Have been accessing cybrary to the browser. I love the site but this app just...fails..

Great content, unreliable app. Frequent login problems (rebooting phone seems to fix, usually), and doesn't consistently hold your place in the video series. Very, very good content, though.

The login every time is frustrating enough that I won't use this app

Its a shame, I had high hopes for this. But upon watching even the first video it sounds like it's made by a 12 year old. Losing all credibility. The app its sluggish and limited. I'll try use the website for a bit instead else I'll find something else

Login works when it wants to and navigation through videos is really bad. Can't really tell which video to watch next. Browser is much better

Video needs to resume from where it stops or paused, rather the video starts all over again. The listed lessons also need to identify which video is currently playing.

I can go to the website use it just fine. Login with the same credentials as the website and always get login failure. Will rerate if fixed

It looks like the login issue is fixed. But its difficult to get back to where I left off. The mobile navigation is tricky to say the least. The regular website interface is not much better. It doesn't track your progress.

EVERYTIME I TRY TO DOWNLOAD FOR OFFLINE IT COMPLETES TO HALF AND THE STOPS. THEN AGAIN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD IT START FROM BEGINING. PLEASE FIX IT.

Needs to work with screen off. Also I get login error but appears that I get logged in.

The learning is good,but this app is poorly developed for a Samsung Note 4. There are mo notification for wich video has been downloaded. In addition I have to exit app to and reopen app to play any video. Sometimes the video does not play. You are better going to the website if possible. The download function sucks.

I receive this error when logging in via the app. Logging in with same password via Web browser works. Uninstalled app and reinstalled, tried resetting password. Nothing seems to work. Can't log in on phone or tablet.

If you can get it working, this looks a valuable resource. Problem is that login details that work on the website keep failing in the app.

I uve just started using the app and when I tilt my phone side ways it just white screens and takes me back to the menu with the audio from a video still playing the in the background but it won't let me go back to the video. Any advice? (just deleted and reinstalled seems to be working fine.)

When I try to login it says, "Unable to connect to cybrary website,website may be down.Please try again later." And the homepage is blank always.Only some options work from top right dot.Other than this it is of no work.

I can't log into the app use same username and password as online it always fails. Yet shows me I'm logged it but won't alow me to watch the videos as it says I need to log in. I hope a simple fix can be put in place. You guys are awesome for training. Thank you for all you hard work but please fix this app.

Every time I try to log in shows login failure. I don't have any problem logging in from a browser...even weirder is that I am still able to watch the videos?

I'd love to rate this higher, however since I'm unable to log in into the app I won't be able to. My username and password work just fine when logging in from the website. Not quite sure what the deal is but I'd really like to study for net + via the app...

Cybrary is an amazing resource but to this day I can't login to the application. Using a mainstream phone (Galaxy S6 Active) makes this look pretty bad on Cybrary.

Everytime I try to login it says login failure. When I log in through the browser it works perfectly. please fix the bug and I will qualifying the app has a 5 star.

These are the must have skills to stay competitive in the modern marketplace. On track to be ready for the TIA A+ exam in 60 days. Network+, Cloud+, and PMP too by years end. The production value is more than adequate and it's easy to find supplemental PDFs. Would give five stars if you added an autoplay function to the web based videos too.
