Shabdakosh

The Shabdakosh (शब्दकोष) app is a free English to Nepali / Nepali to English online Dictionary. This program will allow you to search and display, in Nepali, the meaning of English Words, and display in English the meaning of Nepali words. This app and the associated web site, was developed to bring the Nepali Language Online to help keep the language alive. This project is to promote the Nepali language for its people and allow them access to English a more global language. We expect to provide, along with the dictionary, a forum for the discussions of, and help with, Nepali language translations issues. This app has a history storage function, to remember your searched so you do not have to be online to recall them and an exact match or loose search option. This app supports English, Nepali, Hindi, German, French and Spanish as the display language for menus, settings and help screens. You may also view random words and a quote of the day as well as choose one of several themes.
