Fun and addictive but recommend not playing on mobile. Just throwing your money away because of bad video stream. If playing on mobile hook up to high speed consistent wifi or just play on land line pc. I've won a few things but don't know how long it will take to get here in merica. Winnings on YouTube ghosttimer. All won on pc except ship girl was on mobile when my t-mobile network wasn't being a pixelated POS.

Love the concept but the app version needs to be updated and the bugs to be worked out. Lots of errors with loading, game play and camera lag/display time. This doesn't always happen but when it does, I've lost tps and many chances to win prizes.. But there are good days and it works fine. Love loading tp on the app for the better to deals vs on the actual site. Hope you guys fix the bugs because I love playing and winning prizes! :)

Won two prizes so far, they live up to the free shipping once a week. The cranes lag some times but for the most part it's pretty good on my phone. I'm addicted! It's worth it! Prizes actually send, machines actually work, and they restock the prizes quickly. Once I say the reflection of a worker walking past the machine I was playing while he was on his way to restock a different machine. I love this game!

Awesome prizes and I highly suggest watching others play first to learn techniques on how to acquire the prizes. I would have given a 5/5 if getting TP for free wasn't such a hassle. The emailing process takes a bit of time, and sometimes they don't give you the TP even after you submitted proof. Otherwise, this is a good app for getting exclusive items you won't even find here in the States until after a good amount of time has passed (if even applicable).

Of course you won't win every time. That's how claw machines work! Watch others win and you'll learn how to win yourself! Love claw machines and love the opportunity to play Japanese ones! There is a slight lag with the claw because you're streaming video FROM JAPAN. Keep this in mind, apply it to your plays, and you'll do fine! You'll learn the timing! I've won a total of 12 items including figures and plushes. Love it!

Couldn't even open the game after downloading it. I put this game on my iPhone and it came on fine, but I put it on my Samsung Galaxy tablet and it won't work...... Not worth the space it takes or worth playing. You only get 5 free turns. Doesn't offer a way to get any for free such is bull, not everyone wants to go all out on cash if we don't even get a chance to like the stupid thing

Great app, but the video feed doesnt load half the time. Also can you update the program so it quits forcing me back to the All tab? Or at least add a favorites or previously played tab so we can easily get back to the games we may want to retry

Absolutely love this app! I won two prizes with my first free five turns!! I waited a week for free shipping, and sure enough they arrived today! Just 3 short weeks after winning the prizes. So awesome. Definitely recommending. Now there is a pretty bad lag with the game and no instructions upon playing. The lag is from it being a LIVE FEED from Japan. I suggest using your first free turn to get use to how to play and how long the lag is. Otherwise this game is fantastic. Will definitely be playing when I get more free tickets. :)

It's fun to play, but you do have to compensate for lag sometimes. The first thing I won they sent me right away. I'm re-doing my review to take off a star because I've been waiting almost a month for the second batch of prizes that I have won to at least be shipped. When they finally ship my items I'll be more than happy to change my review.

The video feds are unreliable and the screen would often just go gray. I don't have trouble with any other streaming services or online games, so I have to assume it's some combination of their app and servers that are making a less than ideal game experience. It's a cute concept, though, and would probably be pretty fun if it worked better.

This game is pretty fun to play! Of course, the easiest way to get points is to purchase them, but you can put in a little effort and win points for free. After a few weeks of playing here and there with the free play tickets, I FINALLY won something! So excited, and now I'm just waiting for it to ship and arrive! BUT, definitely look on YouTube for how to play the cranes. They are much different than the US ones, and require different strategy. I could have saved myself time (and money) had I looked it up instead of figuring it out the hard way lol.

The game is doesn't play smoothly, nor does the tutorial help at all. It says the start button will change to an arrow for direction but mine stayed at start. Naturally when I hit start 3 times thinking it wasn't reading my finger, it made the crane move and counted it as a turn. Completely not worth it

Is the game fun? Yes. But do yourself a favor. If you see something you like and you want it, go look up how much it costs online. I blew 70 dollars on this game through snack samples and wine samples that I didn't need. If you have a gambling personality don't play this. The claw machines are incredibly difficult to win, and are only possible by knocking the prizes with the claw, not actually picking them up with the claw. It is possible, but everything in these machines are 20 dollars our less, and you will spend more then that trying to win them. Not a bad app, not a bad game, but definitely there to make money and nothing more.

Even scrolling through the menu to pick a machine causes this app to lag and glitch out. Not to mention it's nearly impossible to control the actual machines due to terrible lag. I have a very fast internet connection, and even then the lag is terrible. Don't bother, even the free plays are so frustrating it's not worth it.

I've already won a prize in my first five free tries! The app is a little laggy though. It's hard to look through the various prizes because the screen restarts to the top a lot...but it feels fairly solid when it comes to playing the crane game itself. I definitely would recommend this to a friend!!!

I'm confident that if the game worked as it should, I would have won a prize or two. As it is, it lags or malfunctions or doesn't move at all... and I waste my points. I get that the machines are on the other side of the world from me, but that doesn't account for the errors in app. This really isn't worth the frustration and it's certainly not worth your money. Just go buy a plushie; you won't win this stuff without forking over a decent amount.

Unbelievable. Spend your money to set up a drop, and it times out so the next person in line can get an easy catch. So much lost. Rigged game. Or at least horrible connectivity causing glitches and lost plays. So dissapointed and almost 100,000 tp lost due to bad connectivity.

The concept of this game is really fun! But I can't scroll down without it refreshing or something and going back up to the top. It's extremely annoying, also the stream is super laggy. If this gets fixed I will change my review.

The app gives yoou a tutorial and the first 5 plays are free, however I tried the first prize and after clicking start no controls appeared like the tutorial showed. So I was totally unable to control the claw. Also seems like it lags a lot

The crane does work but it doesn't let you go back to change what direction you go and the video is very glitchy. And the crane does not go all the way back so you are basically wasting your time and money. I am not just stating this because i don't like to win stuff it would just be better if it actually worked. This was terrible.

There are prizes you see but the are only display. No way to tell how far back you can go unless you play and try. There are games with only display prizes that are not marked as sold out to trick you in to playing. Video feed is very laggy even with ac 5g wifi. Not worth it.

It's a cool concept but it needs to improve a lot. From video lags to the design of the app ( why is the button for controlling the crane on the side of the screen? It makes it hard to go right. ) On the plus side, the prizes are cool and shipping is free. Try it out and you might like it.

Fun and addicting game to play. With the most recent update new problems were created. I cant scroll through the machines to view the prizes as it it revents back to the top first ones and even with the best internet connection the cameras are very delayed or go completely black. Also its been 2 months since requesting prizes and they have not shipped out yet.

This is glitchy and just a scam at best. I couldn't align the claw because the video feed couldn't keep up. Then I lost 3 of my 5 free tries because it timed out due to loading issues. This is just a waste of time and money. I'm glad I didn't have to pay to try this atrocity of an app out.

I think it is a good app, I loved Playing these machines while in Japan. The lag is not too bad. Unfortunately based on the terms of services, my State is a Prohibited State. Idk what that means if I win will theu be able to still send it and i face the consequences with my state or they wont be able to send. This is not gambling if I can play these games at Dave and Busters why not here.

Yes there is some delay between the controls and the Livestream of the machine but it's not bad. The delay is only about 1sec and you kinda start to get used to it after your 5 free tries anyways. The chance to get some neat Japanese exclusive figures and stuff is pretty neat and you get free shipping once per week for your winnings. Just like any claw game I've played in person and worth a try with the 5 free runs.

Expect to spend a little bit of money on it and like most people have mentioned there is definitely a learning curve. They wouldn't make it easy AND give you free tries AND free shipping. For the reviews claiming they're out to make money... of course? It's a pay-to-play app. When you go to lay a claw machine in an arcade it's not free, the same rules apply here. The claw is a little laggy but there's a setting to turn down your video quality which improves it a TON. It's fun, it's challenging, and if you get good at it there's a lot of great items you can win.

You get 5 free chances which would've been nice if the screen didn't go completely blank (a grey color) and take one of my chances away. Also the game lags a lot. Not worth it at all and probably a scam. Would've given this 0 stars of I could. ????????????????????????

So, tried playing a few cranes, but the biggest problem is the fact that while there was stuff in the crane, it's very misleading, because the crane arm doesn't go back that far. So it looks like there's prizes, but you can never reach them. A complete ripoff. Don't waste your money, especially if the prizes are purposefully kept out of reach.

This is a complete scam, they take your money and there is no option for a refund when the app screws up. I lost turns on games due to server disconnect when my internet connection was perfect. Do not give these people your money.

This should not be an app in my opinion. The lag is ridiculous. Controlling one of these crane games via your smart phone just doesn't work. Each time I tried it lagged so bad that I couldn't even see if it picked up the prize or not until the end when it reset itself for the next use. It's just not a good app.

Taking luck to a whole new level. Mobile streaming is so poor that you can't see the claw move until after you let go of the movement controls and wait about ten seconds, it's essentially just guess work and hoping you let go at the right time. I wouldn't spend money on this app at all.

Connection error 1101. I am very confused as to why. It says worldwide shipping, shouldn't it be playable worldwide? I would give it another try if I can get in game and that bug would be fixed. I'd recommend looking at this bug. Thank you.

Laggy useless app. Wasted the free tries due to the camera not working or the game being so laggy that it didn't matter when you released the button for the crane. Do not waste your time with this app and don't spend money on it.

Brilliant idea...with flaws. The game lagged the claw straight past the toy :'( When Timing is such a key feature, you can't afford to have sluggish servers. Recommend giving the claw joystick functionality, or giving the servers a steroid shot.

Okay. So this game works. There is delay but if you have stong internet like I do then it's very win-enable. However I do suggest you play on desktop. If you go to their website since it has much less delays. I have 3 stars because I am waiting for my prizes. When I do receive them and I mean all the prizes I have won. Then I will give 5 stars and additional review of their prizes product. So far. Very fun and I rather pay money on this than in app games where there isn't real world materials. And seems legit. Not rigged. Although I must say and give warning: this game has luck and skill involved.

Due to it being streamed internationally, it presents a learning curve in order to win. The international streaming creates a lag sometimes. However, lag aside, this app does follow through with it's claims of winning real prizes. I won a Famicom Classic Player (a handheld that allows you to play physical Famicom cartridges on the go). Unlike many apps or programs, the offers for free in app currency actually work! I fulfilled an offer, which gave me enough in app currency to play several more times on top of the initial 5 free plays. I would reccomend this to other people

Inconsistent service. Early on I received packages timely. Now, even with their 'delays', they wouldn't ship even after 70+ days. I sent 5+ messages and they responded to only two with generic responses.

Controls are laggy because it's an international livestream, and that is understandably a problem for a lot of users. However, I did win a little Hello Kitty plushie on my 4th free attempt and just received it today. It's surprisingly high quality and arrived quickly for shipping from Japan. I wouldn't put any money into the app, but I don't regret trying for free.

I see a lot of people rating this app down due to lag. I find this very understandable. Yes, this app dose have some lag but you have to understand that you are using a live* crane in Japan. Key word live* it will be a little laggy. Other then that I would rate it 5 stars. Free shipping is amazing as well so that is a plus.
