When I attempted login from app its getting that error (screenshot attached) but when same user are login from Google Chrome it's login quickly... I'm checked gatewey it was found but after back in user sign in its getting that error... Plz solve this mobile phone model Sony Xperia m4 aqua E2363 android system 5.0... Plz solve it fast... This app worked fine on lollipop. When I updated my device to marshmallow, the app presented me with the message "Cant login from this machine", though my mac address was reupdated in the system. The web page based login too was unreachable. Kindly update your app for marshmallow support.

For all those who are not able to login n whining this app isnt useful...pls open the app->settings-> there set the gateway ip....then connect to wifi n login... And for those who dont know what ur gateway ip is..in ur browser for login page..u get an ip in url bar..ex:172.16.x.x format...else contact ur admin... >>> edit: on certain phones we get gateway not reachable...please disable data connectivity and connect to wifi network,reload the app and try logging in..it works!!

Android 5.x works fine. Just updated my phone to Android Nougat/Android 7.0, and it keeps logging me out every 2-3 minutes. Extremely annoying. Please fix this quickly. Good app otherwise.

After nougat update app not working. Says device wifi may not be enabled, when it clearly connected to wifi. I can evsn access and login through browser. Just the app cant see that issue.

Logging out automatically. After every 2-3 minutes it gets logged out and when I try to log in again it shows no wifi found, even though there is full network. Than I have to force close the app and restart it. And guess what the cycle starts all over again.

Nice app just having problems with log out time out. Have changed the time out inactive settings on the unit but still logs me out after a time. On android and IOS. Any suggestions ? Thank you keep kooking

Hi is it something like this app dosent work without wifi. Coz if I am not connected to wifi it prompt me for this msg. Does this app work on 3g or 4g. Thanks

Instead of entering correct IP it shows gateway not reachable. While once I logged into network using browser it connects automatically.

When u login through cyberoam thn it is logout in every 4-5 minutes. In all Redmi devices login upto 4-5 minutes and then h will need to again login bcoz of this waste of time and losses in many internet relative works and make you irritated. Please Fix it... Cyberoam

When I try to login it say you are not able to login in this machin. But I am able to login via browser...why?

each time I want to put my gateway details...it says not reachable.. it must have some bugs coz what I am typing right now is through the same gateway, if I am able to connect through web means the connection is working fine, but ur client is poor..

I am using Motorola G2 mobile. On that mobile I have updated operating system from Android 5 to Android 6. And at my workplace I am using wifi but after updation now I am not able to login. And it shows an error " you are not allow to login from this machine ". Even though my cell's MAC address was registered.

After upgrading to marshmallow , the app isn't working at all. It always gives a error stating "you are not allowed to login from this app device" .solve it as soon as possible.

Please allow this app to work as web client as well, coz web client do not required to have IP address mapped. In my house 24online IP assigned to my Router, so I am not able to logon using desktop client nor this one. Only way to do logon is to use Web Client. So, please help us on this.

Please find me a solution for this problem. I'm a Get Network customer using TP-LINK WiFi router. Whenever I select my default gateway IP of my ISP it repeatedly shows "Gateway server not reachable". An early action is highly appreciated. Though it is a nice initiative from you.

With older android versions it was working fine but with marshmallow giving error "not allowed to login from this machine"...please help....I m able to login from web interface but u know prblm of automatic logout...

It used to work well before. Now, I am unable to connect - it says "Device WIFI may not be enabled" - and WIFI is enabled on my phone. I am leaving a 4-star review anyway, because I am sure this is just a tiny bug they can resolve.

Doesn't offer seamless connectivity in my college. An option to automatically switch between gateways would be helpful as there are two gateways in my college's network. Sometimes it annoys while login by saying "max. Login attempts"

I have Nexus 5, got Device WiFi may not be enabled after a few days of using it. Had to forget WiFi ssid to fix the issue. Please fix.

It will keep showing that device WiFi is not on if the mobile data is on, thus to use the app, I have to manually turn off mobile data.

It logged me in first but after 5-10 mins it logged me out again and I have to log in again and again. Pls fix this issue .

The UI has a hell of a lot of space for improvement... There are some bugs in the app causing it to crash sometimes.... Otherwise it works fine most of the time. But please consider the UI
