Hutch Connect

Absolute horrible customer service, all the way from wrong information to very poor quality of service, got a hutch visitor sim from the airport, the brochure mentioned 350 flexible minutes, after buying it,I find out it's rupees, not minutes. Pure daylight robbery. (I found out that after traveling 100 kms from the airport) Next issue is the data connection cause I was supposedly to receive 9gb. Turns out to be a pathetic connection. Extremely slow, very frequent disconnection. Extremely frustrated with this service. Doesnt work more than half of the time. I can't get a refund apparently because as per the agent I have used this so called "package". Oh god, where do I throw this sim?

I hear my own voice 90% of the time

It's showing low rate but charges very high rates example for Italy and Latvia. I have complained about this but still no solution. so please be aware. very bad service.

I was feeling really, really down last night, but woke up to a Hutch Connect call and it all changed. Isn't it funny how just one little Hutch Connect call can make your bad day suddenly wonderful?!Life does have little miracles! Have faith With Hutch Always.

It's very user friendly and very much usefull App. Hutch IDD call charges are attractive too :-) really mind blowing product, love it soo much :-)

This is how I contact all my friends abroad. Pay cheap and call anywhere in the world! Can't beat that! The voice and video quality is way better than anything I have tried before. love it!

Really good. We are very important for Hutch television that gave even notice APPLICATION. Sim only in Hutch in Sri'm not out of 5 square television relationship. We'll give Hutch TV. Leaving about 30 good channels.

Noted below issue 1)When Data = off, I tried to use the app , when I dial a number it should display " No data connection Or...u should ON data"....etc,,,but no such mesage displayed its keep on calling. ( Its keep on calling till I end the call manuall)

I have tried this and it make my single sim phone in to dual sim. Very good output from hutch.

In the beginning it was acknowledged as IDD, But now it is acknowledged as Hutch connect, As we keep walking and as we keep talking, It is about time for a discount talk.
