Cm14.1 working smooth in moto x play, but I can't make calls via 4g Volte, it goes completely mute however gsm calling is perfectly fine. So if someone uses volte service for calling then it will be a complete nightmare

It takes time and money for the cyanogen team to make software for your phone, which they release for free. Don't give one star just because your device isn't available. Give it time and it will come.

TL;DR - CM is gone; find a new rom to flash Long version - CyanogenMod is dead. Cyanogen is no longer maintaining the servers for the OS and you should consider a different rom. The app itself relies on mirrors, which I personally would not trust to be reliable.
