Mnemonic Major System

It is possible to add in new words. I did this with all '6' words as I like using a hard G for 6.

Awesome - a simple, clever app for practicing number mnemonics.

It's just 'ok'... The dictionary seems weak. Not sure if it has an internal one rather than uses what is available in Android, but I have to make multiple attempts just to find words it will accept. As an example, if I have an '8', I might want to use 'oaf', which it doesn't accept and will then try 'fee', which it allows... I ran into similar issues with other numbers as well. '57' allowed 'lock' but not 'loch'. Similar issues with '0' words. Very frustrating. Needs to allow for a broader set of words.

There is not much to choose from and this app is the best available. The app is quite good but leave a lot to be desired

Only gives number to word examples up to 100, bar 3 higher. I have used the system for years and can readily do 0 - 100. I need 101 to 999. Fix that and I will re purchase.

Wow, this helped me quickly set up a personalized number system! For me spending time selecting words that strictly adhere to the sounds associated with each single number was so helpful. Without this app I may never have accomplished this so well and if I did it would have taken me hours of work and reworking my system. Because I took the time to limit the sounds I've been able to learn almost the whole list on my first attempt. This app is the best to get started! THANKS!

I like the app. But the memorize numbers is too fast for me right now. And it increases the numbers too fast. Let me stay on 12 digits for a while, and give me a tad bit more time.

Pictures would be amazing for this. And I like the iPhone's app testing is a lot better

This is a good apps for learning the major peg system. Pretty easy to use and understand. Through having a good keyboard will help. Has some foibles that need to be fixed. Nothing major just would make this more fun and easier to use. On the Real Practice, it would be nice to see where I went wrong when I fail. The game just gives me the score and no clue to what I did wrong? Another idea to make Real Practice a little harder is make the person wait a time before entering in the numbers. Allow the

I've tried flash cards and all sorts of ways to learn the major system but I could never make a habit of it. I've finally learned the major system with this simple app that is fun and easy.

Very nice app for practicing the Major System. The only thing I would like to see fixed is a problem when entering the wrong answer on the TF300T using the keyboard. When you press enter it will log it as 2 wrong answers and not one, using up 2 of your 3 attempts. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that as I would love to be able to use it on my tablet WITH the keyboard. Great apps still.

With Basic Practice, it would be interesting if after entering words, a person can be tested on the numbers they just entered. A step up would before the Real Practice. Also in the Statistics it gives me my aveverage for each number, good. But it also gives the average for the over 100 numbers which I have never been tested on? Why not implement that with the Basic Practice.

I feel very lucky that the only Major System practice app for Android is this good. Generally excellent and does the job... Very easy to use every day to make the major system second nature. Excellent tool.

This does not work properly. You only find out after you have paid

As a paying customer i hate the fact that the licensing program blocks me from using this app every few hours. Otherwise its pretty good :-)
