Money Trail

Money Trail provides a fast and easy overview of all your earnings and expenses. The design is deliberately modest while the handling is easy, resulting in an effortless overview of all your finances.

In addition to the check account, a savings account can be used. All transactions can be entered directly from the savings account menu.

Create reusable categories or choose them from the list to enter recurring expenses like, for example, „Groceries“.

Monthly recurring earnings and expenses are entered under „Standing orders“, from which point on they will be computed automatically once the entered date is reached.

Overview of the main functions:

o Current account balance
o Account balance at the end of the month
o Last earning/expense

• Expenses Tab:
o List of all earnings/expenses(can be filtered by category& month)
o Add earnings/expenses with self-defined categories

• Statistics:
o Overview of all earnings/expenses per month
o Comparison of earnings/expenses of the same category in different months
o Current monthly balance (Earnings/Expenses)
o Overview of the account balance of the preceding months

• Time tracking (if activated):
o Document your working hours with one simple click

• Widgets for time tracking & current, as well as monthly, account balance

You can decide which statistics you want to see under preferences, where the feature can also be disabled completely, as well as the time tracking and the use of a savings account.

The app is currently available in 4 languages: German, English, French and Spanish. If desired, the currency can be customized as well.

To ensure the security of all entered data, an Internet permission is not requested, a local backup can however be created to, for example, enable data transfer between devices.
