FIND A PROVIDER / PHARMACY
No need to register to use this feature. Follow a few steps to search for a doctor, hospital or urgent care center in our network. Have pharmacy benefits through Express Scripts? Find a convenient place to fill your prescriptions close to home. You can use GPS on your mobile device or enter a ZIP code and distance to narrow your search. Log in for more refined results. Search information includes:
• Name and gender
• Specialty and hospital affiliation
• Address
• Phone number with direct dial access
• Maps with driving directions
• Language(s)
SETTINGS
Manage your document delivery and communication preferences. Choose between email or paper, depending on what’s convenient for you.
Note: Not all app features are available for every plan member.
REGISTRATION
Your personal health information is available on the app only with a valid login. Register from your mobile device or visit My Online Services from a computer at https://member.cvty.com. You only need to register once to use these tools. If you are a first-time user of Coventry Mobile but already registered for My Online Services, you do not need to register again.
SECURITY
You must log in with your username and password. Please do not share your login information with anyone. You are in charge of your account. If you are the member/subscriber/primary account holder, you can access My Online Services account information for yourself or a covered dependent. You must use the correct username and password. If you are a covered dependent, be sure you have the account holder’s permission to access your account.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have trouble logging in, please make sure your login information is correct. You can also select Need help? from the main menu. Help is available M-F between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time. If you are not in the U.S., email us at netsupport2@cvty.com. For questions about your benefits, please call Customer Service at the number on your member ID card.

On balance, not as useful as the website. The deal breaker for me is not being able to use LastPass to automatically enter a password. I can't even paste in a password from the clipboard. These 'security' measures would make my use of the app less secure because they would force me to use a shorter password that I can remember.
I can't do anything I need to in this app. It says I have an update when I open the app, but it doesn't work when I click update now. I came to Google Play, and it is up to date...? The update screen won't clear so I can't even use the app.
App is completely broken. Doesnt go past a screen that asks you to update. None of the buttons work to accept or deny . Really sad
Never used it, tried and said new download available, nothing happens when you press it. Was hoping to make my insurance usage easier. Guess not
On my third smartphone. This app has NEVER worked on any of them. Just an Obama care opportunist company, No actual good, just taking advantage of the under privileged.
Use to work fine.Until I got this update window.Won't do anything when i push update.So can't even get into the main page to log in.
Just downloaded the app and it says I have to update already but I can't update or skip the update.
Every time there is an update I have to Uninstall and install

Says no longer available for use for Medicare members but the redirect address for Medicare members is straight back to their online mobile site, which of course, is no longer available for Medicare members.
This is not an app, it is a mobile website dressed like an app. No true app has at bottom "view full site," that's for mobile websites. Has no access to billing, so can't verify if you are being billed properly. NO SECURITY! If you log out then hit device back button to exit, it owned releases previous page with all your information. I was able to see every page I visited even though "logged out."
Can access anything in app when doing a search for health care provider.
Just got the app so I could find a new primary care physician. The app doesn't work though.
Raised rating from original 1 star to 3. But when accessing my account on the app recently, I was suddenly redirected to an ad for a game. This isn't acceptable.
Incredibly slow on a Galaxy Note 8, errors/incomplete. Seems to be a website wrapped in an app and very poorly done at that. Menus don't auto-hide, and when you touch beyond the menu to hide it, it often leaves the menu area blank, leaving less than half the screen. When selecting some menu functions which require a sub-menu selection is the only time the menu hides. That's right, the only time the menu auto-hides is when you actually need to use it. So you make a selection, such as 'My Health Record' and are immediately presented with a blank page. Is it locked-up, waiting for the website, what? No, you need to press menu again to choose from the submenu. Horribly incomplete.
Utterly useless. Throws an error when I try to update my records. Can't pay my bill with it. Can't manage the other members on my account. What CAN this app actually do?

Cannot log in. Reset my password too and it will not work.
This App worked as fast as when I used the service online. So far I am very satisfied.
I have a password manager and the app doesn't not allow me to paste the password in the login box
I use LastPass and the app will not allow me to paste my password which is unique to Coventry and consists of many completely random numbers and characters. making it impossible to easily type in manually.. Their developers need to be schooled on security best practices and then allow the app to support best practices.
But need more functions. Galaxy s6 Lollipop 5.0.2 .

Pretty much the only reason I'd downloaded it, thinking it would at least give a link to payment page. Going in the online mobile site is the same thing-you have to access the full site up to pay bill (& they were 'momentarily' unable to process payment).
Doesn't email or fax insurance card.
Poorly designed program
Still waiting on an email for my card that I requested this morning. Make a real app and include the option to make payments. New Year, New App.
For those of you complaining about paying your bill, you obviously did not take the time to read the description. No where does it state you can pay your bill with this app. Maybe you should give yourself 1 star for the ability to read and understand what is under a "Description"
This is one Great App from Coventry and besides being a Great Insurance Company with Healthcare and this company it Save my wife Life
Now all you gotta do is let me pay online one the app

After the update this application won't let me log in it doesn't recognize my password and I have tried several renewed passwords ridiculous

The app is just a webview wrapper for their site. It's very slow, and keyboard show/hide is janky. The only good thing is being able to check claims, but since I can do that online anyway, there's no reason for me to keep using the app.
I dislike web apps that masquerade as native apps.

Even though it says there's an update avaliable, the link doesn't work to do so. Customer service was useless about this issue, saying just use a computer, it's better. I don't have a computer, just a smartphone. I ALWAYS have to log into the full site to make my monthly payment
