This app used to work very well. Now I can't see my prescriptions or my family's. I have sent several requests for help but they just keep sending me the same thing, which doesn't help. Very disappointing customer service.

3-27-18 The coupons sent to my card are not being applied to my purchases! If I catch this while I am in the store, wait for the Manager to adjust my receipt.... the line behind me grows and grows! Or do I have time to call your company after every single visit?

My coupons never come up when I go to check out even after it says it's loaded to my card and I sent pictures from app to be printed and it cut some of the picture out even though it looks normal from the app.!!! Grrrr
Server unavailable for the past week. A few more days of this and this POS app will get uninstalled
All the CVS android app does is spin and tell me the server is unavailable. Then I have to go to my computer and connect. You would think they would get the bugs out before the brought an app online.

I am being forced to switch to CVS by my insurance. I cannot go to any other pharmacy. "Free market" capitalism at its finest folks!
It doesn't work and hasn't for months. It keeps saying there is an error with the app's server and to try again later. There is no change. It's constant. Uninstaller/reinstall doesn't fix. Can try over and over again and it still gives the error. Please hire new developers. The current ones don't know how to either code or find/correct errors.
If the app communicated with the pharmacy accurately then I would have no issue but my scrips do not get filled on time and I'm constantly getting text messages that they are ready. My scrips continuously get the child safety cap when I have repeatedly asked for the flip off kind due to my injury.. very aggravating.
I am very frustrated with this app. I've clicked on several of the links that don't work and I do have the latest version. I was able to transfer one prescription from another pharmacy but then the app wouldn't let me transfer another. I came back a couple of days later and tried again, still didn't work. I reinstalled the app and still no success. I'm considering changing back to the competition, whose website does work nicely.
CVS has changed this app so often that each time I use it I must refill all the information over and over again. I had family members connected and can't access there information
Absolutely Horrible. Both their cell phone app and their web site are inoperable. App just goes nowhere. Web site says I am using an older unsupported version of IE but I have the latest versions. Not my computer problem since the same error displays on both of my updated laptops.
It always gives me my updates for when my prescriptions are due or ready

Hope it stays fixed! ] ] ______________________________ Last update of CVS app ( 1st week or so of March) will not open AT ALL! When I went to open older app it demanded i update it! I was not allowed to keep app I wanted. Noo...I HAD to download update and now it does not work. I've done everything I know of but until you fix it i am SOL!
I have used the app for over a year. Love using it for my shoping and coupons. It is ok for very basic use. It has recently stopped working again with the latest update 3/2018. It is like all CVS..works every now and then. How are we going to get the "app only" savings if you can't use the app for over a week?!
I love this app. I can easily track and reorder prescriptions. Being able to send the coupon and rewards to your card is so much easier. I love being able to have my payment all set up. Yo don't have to us it but it is so easy to us with a 4 digit PIN code. No having to balance a rewards card and a payment. It is just a scan of the QR code.
I used to like it, but for the past 3 weeks it won't let me view the new ad. It keeps saying it's not available and try again later and I never could view it. Also, it doesn't get rid of my expired coupons and deals like it used to in the past. And I can't delete them either. I'm not happy with this app. I'm thinking of deleting it and start shopping at Walgreen or Rite Aid
App is partially useful, for coupons. However, progress toward extrabucks never accurate for a few days. Feature should exist to delete unwanted offers. Feature should exist to put items in weekly ad onto a "shopping list" which can use bar code scanner to verify price and remove from list in the store. Too many glitches with the pharmacy section to list here....extremely frustrating.

Most worhless app ever. It's only worked correctly one time over the past two and a half months, where I was able to pick up and pay for prescriptions through the phone, as advertised. Last month I couldn't pay through the app. This month, when I view all prescriptions, it says I need to add Rx management, which I added when I installed the app. When I try to add it again, after entering my birthday, the only missing info, it complains that my telephone number can't be empty, even though my telephone number is there and is correct. More recently, the "Pick up prescriptions" feature quit working. I had two prescriptions on auto-refill, but not only do I not get a badge telling me there are prescriptions ready to pick up, like it has in the past, when I tap the icon, it tells me I have no prescriptions to pick up. Seriously, the functionality just gets worse and worse. The only thing it's good for is keeping my ExtraCare card number, which any wallet app can do. I'm done with it. Uninstalling now.
