This application asks for license hourly. What is happened? How to ask support?

UPDATE: Even though I don't often use Google Tasks, it's an easy way to turn emails into to-dos. It was super easy to sync my Google tasks to Ultimate To-Do List, so now the app pulls from Google Tasks as well as ToodleDo, which is awesome. I use this every day, along with the Toodledo web app, and I've synced them to my Google Calendar; I'm still looking for an integrated calendar-task list (Google's didn't impress me) but haven't found anything that beats this combo. I actually think that this app far outperforms the Toodledo in terms of features (haven't figured out how to set a task as recurring in Toodledo but it's easy on the app) but having accessibility on phone and computer really has changed the way I work and get things done. Highly recommended, easy to use, and the reminders (with the option of nagging reminders) are a huge help.

Poor calendar integration, no control over the calendar used and it chooses a random one! Doesn't help work around known Toodledo free account restrictions such as reminder restrictions.

Lately, the app keeps requesting to verify the license, which necessitates additional action from the user. It keeps doing it. Common guys, you've got my money!!!

This is the best to do list I've found. I especially like the widget, which allows me to have multiple lists display on the 'desktop'.

Puts blackberry to shame! I would've gladly paid more. Can't think of a more perfect task app...

As a staunch ToodleDo user, I needed a to do app on my phone that would both be consistently "correct" in syncs with TD as well as have "most" of the features of the online TD system. I've tried at least half a dozen others that supposedly accomplish this, but all too often they fail in one or the other. Some of them can't get the syncing right (especially on complex repetitive tasks), others generate incorrect due dates when entered from different time zones, and still others have lost their active development. But UTL is both rock solid and has not only "all" the TD functionality - it actually expands on them! I know others have questioned the "prettiness" of the UI with UTL, but while there ARE a few others that are visually more attractive - they just can't compare to the performance of UTL UPDATE for v3.0: What I'm really, really happy with is (1) the rock solid dependability and stability of this app hasn't been compromised, and (2) the new built-in voice-to-text mode (and widget) is outstanding! Love this app!

...and then they expect us to upgrade the license to an in-app purchase at our cost?!?! Who are they kidding! From great to fail in one stuck update!

Was my favorite app for organizing. Latest few versions eat battery searching for location. It's a feature I don't use and cannot turn off. Tried everything possible. Finally uninstalled. Too bad I had even purchased the full app and used for years.

Works extremely well. Apps loaded with options. A few Changes and it would be impossible to beat. updated review. Lost a star for lack of updates. Still very dated.

I have been using this app to list and organise every aspect and at every level of my life, all centralized in one place, and I can retrieve different vies, folders, etc. I use it from grocery list to steps to achieve long term goals. Slightly over priced compared to other apps that do the same, but I like this one better and now I can't live without it.

LATEST: UTL works great under BlueStacks (free in BETA) on Windows 7 PC, syncs through Toodledo to your phone. Tablet version can be downloaded to BS in Amazon not Google Market. Get FlexT9 for Voice Input. BE SURE TO GIVE THE BLACK THEME A TRY. LOOKS GREAT, SAVES BATTERY! UTL works great with ToodleDo, ~all the aspects of ToodleDo are available in this app and UTL syncs great with ToodleDo. UTL can be used very simply or if you need it, there's tons of power there to sort, filter, have saved views, tasks with subtasks (read Projects!). UTL is easily the best task management app I've used on a handheld. You can do a simple search or use an Advanced Search with the ability to filter on all fields during your search. Can customize exactly what information appears with a Task and where it is displayed. Amazing! At only $5, it's a bargain for what you get. The 14-day free trial is fully functional so you can really try before you buy and know all that you're getting. Michael Linenberger, a task management guru, also recommends the combination of ToodleDo and the Ultimate To-Do List. Check out his web site and get some great advice on Managing Your Now at the same time.

UTDL is for those serious about task management. Never had a single problem with Toodledo sync. Developer is responsive and active on the support column. Compare features with other with task managers and you'll find this is the most capable.

Had this for a few months and have loved it - until recently. I am a heavy to-do list user, so this has been almost everything I'd been looking for in a to-do app. However, more and more often, the alarms do not work for a day. For example, I have some that are set daily (e.g., medicines). Some days they work just fine, and some days not one alarm goes off. This feature is extremely important to me, so if I can't depend on it the app loses its appeal (and stars). Also, can't figure out why there is no voice input option like so many other similar apps. Not a deal-breaker, but would be nice. Get these corrected and its 5 stars

I bought this a few months ago and love it, but after a recent update it say I have not purchase the license. Now I can't access anything, and can't even repurchase it because my google account says I have it. I have contacted the company with no response. Very frustrated!!!!!

Excelent Toodledo integration. Don't forget to pay the bills

Z70%

...and it could have been even better (IMHO) if there were options for (multiple) attachments and multiple contacts, and to choose a location (for the reminder) with a tap on a map (this way one knows for sure that it's the right location and it should be faster then the method used now). Also, aesthetically it falls behind the competition (but I don't really care that much about it's aesthetics at this point(because it is doing it's job right!))...anyway, it's at least a few stars ahead of the others(IMO)!

O70%
by O####:

This todo app has lots of functionality and excellent integration with Toodledo but it's sometimes a bit frustrating. First off, when adding new tasks the app doesn't select sensible defaults - for example, in a view filtered by a given tag, if I add a new task I'd expect the tag to be defaulted to the tag I was viewing at the time, but it's not. If I forget to add the tag at task creation then, when I get back to the list (filtered by that tag) the new task isn't there and I have to go to other screens (recently added tasks) to find it and add the tag. And this is probably my main criticism of this app - more thought needs to go into the user interface, both in terms of presentation (not the slickest looking app) and ergonomic issues like the one above. The final straw for me was when the developer released a tablet version and asked that I pay again (for what effectively is a pretty minor update to the user interface). So I switched to 2do...

Low rating due to the following: 1. After editing the reminder and due date on an uncompleted task, the reminder does not display again. [must have] 2. Should be able to have a default reminder field with date and time that is in relation to the due date field rather than having to enter a separate Due Time and then having to click on Reminder to indicate when it should occur (e.g. one min before). [should have] 3. While the app has many fields that can be tweaked, it is very slow to enter a simple task, put in a reminder and add notes. All of this requires multiple fields to be pressed, rather than an entry with a default reminder time and the ability to enter notes without clicking "edit." [should have] I had higher hopes for this app, and for some reason remember it being better during my free trial period. Would be glad to raise the review rating if for some reason the above are user error.

I have used this app for some time now. However, i just uninstalled in favor of DGT GTD. I paid for this one with no regrets, but i find the other one to be much easier to use. This one has the ability to create stored queries, but I have willing sacrificed that feature. It may be a matter of personal preference, but both are great.

For me this app is a lifesaver! It's also well thought-out, easy to use and now has a scrollable wideget for my ICS phone brilliant!! Suggestion for new feature: Autocomplete when entering tasks.

Have tried all ios and Android apps that sync with Toodledo and this does the best job of them all. Great options, clean layout and works perfectly with a GTD setup. Particularly like the ability to create saved searches.

The best to do app and i've used them all. Lots of features to still learn but I don't need to know them all to start getting the benefits. Highly recommend this purchase! Good job!
