Ultimate To-Do List for Android
Please add the option to change tags in the quick options in the Taskbar. Also, doesn't consistently save the star on repeating tasks. I have to manually add it each day.
Extremely overcomplicated and too expensive! You need to pay for the full version, also for every little plugin and add-on that won't even work. This is a huge waste of time and money too!
Best in it's kind
Started losing/deleting tasks
Awesome app. Stable and it is a work horse. It just works for me. I love the views and how you can categorize your tasks. And now that they have completed the Tasker integration, makes it more part of my daily life.
Now toodledo android has some of the common sense features I requested for this app. Toodledo app will add a new task and inherit the properties of its view. Common sense or not?
Only 5 bucks, but I just wanted a SIMPLE app. I have to go through a bunch of steps to do anything. It's easier to just use free memo.
You have to pay for the android wear app. Wish that was told in the description so I don't waste my time
Good program except that you have to pay an extra $2.99 or the app will re-sort your lists automatically. I really hate sneak thieves.
Could be the best of its kind thanks to its unique ability to truly sort tasks manually, but a basic feature is missing: the option to export contents to a text file, which forces users to sync on the cloud in case of migration.
This app is wonderful but it would be good if you could set the tasks with TIME. But good app. Nice work:-)
A few small glitches but 5 stars for integrating seamlessly with my Blackberry and android tablets and my computer. It all makes life easier!
I sync with Toodledo. This app does everything I want it to. I like that the user can choose among 4 levels of task options. Take time to explore it. It can most likely do what you want.
Please add voice reminders, voice notes And voice to do list! Best Regards...
This is the best to do list app there is. The gold standard.
Can you please increase the offline cache size; I have 5000 tasks & it takes 5 secs to refresh. Thanks
use this with Toodledo. rarely any problems
Work on the user interface, it really boring add some nicer themes as it is now it's too raw
It is stupid
The app states no ads when bought but continues to show irrelevant junk. The only valid description of this is theft. The developer states in his/her reply that ads will disappear when licence is purchased. The point of the above comment is that they did not do so... no comment was made until after the app had been installed, updated, licence purchased, and checked.
I can't praise the functionality of this app enough. It's the first app I install when I get a new phone. I use it to sync with Toodledo and prefer using to the Toodledo website as it's even more flexible
Can anyone tell me how I can get notifications on my Samsung Gear 2? They've never worked on it despite me trying many things, all with no luck.
This app is a near-perfect application for using Todoodle in an Android platform. It is well thought out, and provides fairly easy navigation for every function and aspect of list-making & syncing. File attachment is under consideration and if developed, this app will be the most effective productivity tool on Android Market. Great job!
Lots of advanced features, yet it's easy to just use what you need without bogging down in the rest. And easy to turn on features you decide you want later. The interface makes intuitive sense after a few minutes. Numerous sorting, filtering, and viewing options. Few programs I've used manage to combine power and ease of use so well. Well worth the $5 price.
Totally supplanted my old approach of bring completely (ToodedDo focused). Found UTL and went to heaven. I use the native Wear "note to self" interface to create to do items which appear in UTL. I use Alexa and IFTTL to create adds to shopping list and tasks, and the forward them to ToodleDo which auto synchs to UTL. All items end up in ToodleDo and UTL so I can inspect via UTL on phone or Wear, on PC via browser (ToodleDo). Voile'.
Long time user. Imminently usable, configurable, logical, and flexible. UI update is fabulous on both phone and tablet. This is the ONLY app I no longer shop around for something better. UPDATE 10/16. New phone and an install problem. I contacted support. They responded in less than an hour with the right answer. Great product. Great support.
Every time i open the app it says my trial has expired and wants me to check for licence, then it says licence accepted and unlocks. Next time i open the app same thing. I've paid for my licence the app should work without mucking around everytine i open it.
I love all of the features and the customizability of the app. At first I used mostly just the basic features but I am now using some of the more advanced ones as well and they are significantly improving my productivity. There are some features and tweaks I would like to see and I appreciate the ability to add and/or vote on feature requests for the developers to work on.
I love the advanced repeat. It is *so* useful for events that recur on the same weekend each year. I would like the display to be transparent so it wasn't a bug solid block on my screen.
Great, full-featured app - thankyou. Previously I was using Tasks N Todos (which was also great), but it no longer works after upgrading my phone, with no ETA. I'll probably just stick with this one now.
Ultimate To-Do list is so far my favorite app to use with Toodledo. I wish the UI looked more attractive, though. Support from the dev is phenomenal. I was having issues getting reminder notifications to show up on my Android Wear watch and emailed the dev about it. I received a very quick reply and they were able to resolve the problem after emailing back and forth a few times (uncheck "Use Ongoing Notifications" under Reminder Options). Thanks, David!
This looks good but for some reason not as easy as I thought I am not able to get any task to show up in the task to do widget. Which for me, defeats to purpose. You make task they should show up on the list! Right
Functionality is rock solid and better than a lot of productivity apps out there but it is let down by an old-fashioned UI. The current UI has grown on me over time but I still think the app would benefit from a UI overhaul which follows modern material design guidelines. If you use the dark theme, you get a white flash every time the app loads.
Tons of features, reliable notifications and a flexible sorting system make this one of the best programs of it's kind. The only complaint I have so far is that the user interface is a bit behind the times compared to many of the newer, Material Design focused programs in this category. I really appreciate the option to display the to-do's in the calendar or not, and the option to set nagging alarms until the task is done is wonderful. Keep up the good work.
Has been one of the best. But, lately, annoying ads have been popping up. Is there an upgrade to purchase a no-ad version? 2/8/16. I am not mistaken that the ads are happening. But good to know that the ads are not stemming from this app.
Totally supplanted my old approach of bring completely ToodedDo focused. I wanted to add interfaces with Wear and Alexa, but it was totally cludgey. Voile'.
Custom solutions fixed the problems that they had with early versions and this application is darn-near perfect now! I **** LOVE **** it and basically run my life with it.
I have been using this for several months and I love it. Reliable, easy to use and lots of ways to organize your lists.
I sync with Toodledo. This app does everything I want it to. I like that the user can choose 4 different levels of complexity for everything tasks.

This is a powerful to-do app with lots of ability to customize. However it's seriously lacking in project management. Would like to be able to have rich text notes under a project to brainstorm it. Location based reminders are great but it's difficult to make new locations as triggers. Would like to see integration with Android's new App Shortcut API where long pressing on the ultimate to-do list app icon in Google's launcher would give the option of creating a new task right from the homescreen. Would also like to see the ability to export specific selected tasks to an email to send to someone else.
