Turn off WiFi when installing the device Live have it on LTE and it will work after all installed and running turn WiFi back on

Getting the same black screen, also installing and reinstalling all day. Weird. The other pad we have in the store is working perfectly. Guess I will just give it a few days and wait till it works.
