Hero App

The UI code for the column date of birth is corrupted. When date is chosen from the calendar, it should reflect in the text box. There's a code written for the click function, so when a date is clicked from the calendar, it should reflect. Maybe the code for the click function is not written or the code is corrupted. At least manually we should be able to fill the d.o.b box, but click function is written for the text box itself, bad coding, rather it should be written on the click of grid view, that's beside the text​ box. Dear Hero, find a good developer/coder.

Hero are you mad of having this cheap grade application, feels like you should change your designer or loose some more money. Perhaps I can talk to the owner, I would tell him to fire the head of this app asap. One day I will tag him in Twitter for sure.

Even I am not able to register. It's too shame on you hero. Date of birth cannot be added. I am getting the worst experience always with hero. The quality of hero product are also the same. My maestro edge will vibrate like hell after 45 kmph. The engine noise is like that it is going at 100 kmph. A great mistake in life to purchase a hero vehicle.

I was purchased hero i smart splender 110 cc dated 18 aug 2016. After 3 month i faced a problem heavy engine noise but now till 23 aug. 2017 not solve my problem. I desire enginers visit my bike but not come. I was many complaint but not solve heavy engine noise.

App is ok but still u can make it better... And also please tell all your dealer's that they not work well in hero workshop they just ask what's the problem ? And rather then solving it they just do drama and don't service as per our recruitment.. Unnecessarily changing the parts and collecting the money plz tell them to stop such things

You have such a wonderful app that even could not able to register my vehicle or even my vehicle number is not anymore on your database so such a service your providing. I think after splitting from Honda you have also lost your database of vehicle numbers and this application is only suitable for locating dealer which I can do it from Google also

Very poor app. Can't even enter DOB. I think you guys should hire me for developing this app. Didn't expected this. Now thinking I have made mistake to buy Hero Splender i Smart. Pathetic service.

Not able to update the Mobile Number. And when serviced it's not showing up the updated record such as Kilometer & date serviced. And when is the next date of service. Even after servicing it's showing only the previous date which has already been serviced.

One of the most worst app I have ever seen in Google play store. Please remove this app. Can't do anything with this app. I can't register my vehicle or any complaints. Shame on Hero.

Very poor experience, first of all it is sending OTP as long as 3 hours late. Secondly it keeps fetching data from severs and showing progress animation most of time and longer than expected. Interface is also bit shoddy.. need many improvements. Can't expect such things form this renowned Company.

Trying to add another bike to app but it shows no vehicle found and for such problem want to complain but Ha ha complaint section also got down. And further more there was no such category of complaint regarding problem. Good keep it up...

The developers should take customer compliants seriously! I see there are reviews dating as back as 06/06/2017 complianing about inability to sign up due to problem in date of birth coloumn but no action is taken till today (30/07/2017)!!! All they offer is lip service of please update your app! Use common sense guys! If someone is trying to register for the first time, it means they have downloaded the app just then. Are you putting up old versions on playstore?

Not happy with product Maestro Edge model 2016. The issue with bike is Vibration since I bought the bike from your showroom,Thane. Whenever I give bike for servicing I personally informed them about the issue but the issue is not yet resolved. Many friend of mine ask fir feedback I personally suggest not to buy the bike from hero. This is a major issue pls look into the matter. Seriously not happy with the bike I have spend 62000 for bike but not at all worth.

It is regretted to say that your app is useless. I have serviced my vehicle in June 2017. But till date it is not updated. Your app shows February 17 status. Even points earn googlife shows 0.

While booking complaint, add bike section, unable to add the bike through registration number. I am typing the correct registration number still it is not identifying the model

Useless app. If you spent lots of money on app development. You need to take care of Data and proper testing of application, don't ruins the faith of customer

Worst app. It is not allowing me to select d.o.b. what the hell is going on hero. Don't spoil your name and fame by creating such cheap app. Spend some more money and hire specialist developer and release app with proper testing.

In this app, i am unable to view reg. No., Expiry dates of policies etc... So please update the app to give max. Details about a reg. Bike

Complaint booking system and service booking system are useless. Booked for pick up and drop. No communication received. And tried to raise a complaint but it doesn't show up on the app.

Deserves Zero rating. Couldn't even sign up. Gets stuck while adding Date of birth.

Worst app. Can't able to register my bike. After I enter my VIN number and search it replies as No vehicle found. Check the app yourself first. Never seen such a worst app.

Poor app design. Had to do 350 taps at once to enter date of birth to go back from 2017 to 1987. The developer lacks common sense.

Hero need to improve app our needs are add hero insurance details and it's certificate rider servicing alarts and previous services details including mechanic name and spare parts details and bike problems And app auto identify owner name is good but we are want to add our bike registered number their is no option Please think I love hero Please improve app

I am not able to register my vehicle. After entering the VIN and hitting the search it showing me the message NO vehicle found. Please help me.

Worst app. When I try to submit complaint about service its showing as could not connect even there is no signal or data issue in my mobile

Installing the app was a bigger mistake than buying a Hero bike. It was a worse experience than visiting their service center or show room.

It's tooo bad and time consuming . Can't add a date of birth .their is no any other way to add the date.to bad experience

Lot of data are not available yet. The app is incomplete. Could be made better. But a useful app nevertheless

Atleast 15 times i had tried to complete verification process but failed, because no OTP had been received. Then i reinstalled this app 2-3 times.. Hero app developer Please fix the problem asap.

Next service due date is not updating properly. It is updating on re insatallation of app only. Please add more suggestions/check points in the app like.. # Ideal kilometers and replacement of bike parts. # Provide option to get Service history.
