DEMYTO Car Servicing, Repairs, Denting & Painting

Now they have started charging for inspection as well. Earlier the inspection and providing quatation was free and which should be . This will actually help customers to make decision. In my case I had booked the inspection which was free but unfortunately I had to cancel and now when i am trying to book appointment again I am being charged Rs199 which is somewhat absurd. Second regarding the app it did not give me option to edit my booked appointment. There are many flaws in the app as well. I had to uninstall my previous app to get the app working again.

Got my servicing and some repairs done from demyto at reasonable cost. The mechanic could find the exact problem with my car coolant leakage which was the major problem i was scared of. I had shown it to couple of other mechanics but there was no resolution. The demyto person and mechanic had good knowledge on the car, came to pick up my car on time and returned on time and since then everything is working fine. The only feedback that I would give to the demyto executive was to receive call after servicing is done. I was having a few queries but he dint pick up my call. The mechanic though was very kind and resolved my queries when i called him. Thos feedback is for pune city in Bibwewadi area

Google authentication is not working. Getting error. Please fix it as I am using Google auth in every app.

Awesome everything just loved the way people are their staff their organised way of working its good and trustworthy.

The only thing I liked was the pickup and drop. But when they dropped my car two bulbs were not working. They came and fixed one later. I feel they have spoiled my car. The drive was better before service. I need to get it checked again from my regular guy. And they don't offer any discount. No point using the app. Suggestion, guys goto your local service station.

Thrice am told that car would be delivered in 10 -15 min... Waiting for 1.5 hour already.

3rd class cheating all goolmal.. They dint care to check coolant etc on car.. Simply oil change and car wash.. Only things u notice is what they will cover.. Dont get caught juat because they charge less.. U dont want to spoil u r car
