Your phone's gps is only so accurate, and therefore this app is designed for outdoor, medium to long distances.

It will not work sitting in the same room as the person you are tracking. It should be accurate with distances of about 50 meters and greater.

What's Changed
Battery consumption has been greatly improved. Now gps will only be turned on when another user is actively tracking you.
It will now run in the background and continue to make your location available if you exit with the home button.
Press menu -> close to exit the application entirely. (Or hit back a few times)
It also now has an ad (sorry). This is mostly just for my own experience, if you would like a copy without ads just let me know.
