Curbside: Shop Local Pickup

Might as well just call it CVS-side since that's the only store on the app now. Used to have a bunch of stores. Now just 1. Oh well. Movin on.

Higher priced than using CVS app. Also don't use these scamer 10 off referral coded. There are plenty 15 off codes search google..

First time using the app. I used a referral code but "Unfortunately, the referral program is under maintenance."

Horrible service in Chicago.

This week CVS has 3 coca cola 12 packs for $10. Through the app it's $17. A 12 pk of bounty paper towels I usually get for $10-12 is now $17.49. Everything for sale in the Curbside app is more expensive than just going into the store. Even with those $10 off $20 coupons it's not worth it.

This used to be one of my favorite apps. When you pulled into the parking spot for pickup, the store is automatically notified and someone comes right out with your stuff but after target pulled out, I don't find much use for it. Use code TTVBJ for $10 off your 1st purchase of $10.

I have emailed and tried to contact someone. My order was not fulfilled because it was not in stock so I canceled. Now I have two orders pending after canceling my order. I only should have been charged once not twice. Disappointed.

I have been trying for hours to place an order. The codes do not work and the prices are incorrect.

The app always says code not valid or system down for maintenence

No deals where I live.

I placed my order yesterday for some items from cvs at 5:20 pm, but order wasn't ready even till night. Despite of several email follow and call to customer care executive still till now..24 hrs after the order(next day), there is no progress. So, I don't see the point of using the app. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

The app has a lot of delays and wears down the battery on my phone. Definitely needs improvement. I loved using curbside because I could get things from Target without going into the store. Without Target I don't use it at all and uninstalled.

CANNOT log into my account. Keep getting sign in error. Uninstalled then reinstalled and same issue !

Doesn't matter how good or bad the app is if your order is never ready within 30 min of when promised.

This is the worst app and company. It keeps telling me my password is wrong and I have submitted my email address 8 times and still, hours later, have not gotten anything from the company. I give up. I managed to use once... and I guess I never will again.

Are you guys ever going to fix the refer a friend option? The PROMO was get $10 off for you & then when you refer... right after I referred multiple people "the referral service goes down" & has been for months!

Keeps signing me out despite repeated logins. Items are cheaper in store, and you usually have to go in anyway.

This App sucks, doesnt search, doesnt work, doesnt do anything, takes up space probably a Trojan app meant to gain access to info... it pointless do not download.

All those permissions and then app can't find stores near me? Who do you know that's buying laundry detergent at a store 3hrs away? Disappointing and disgusting!

I made an order and had to cancel since i messed up on one of the items. It CHARGES YOU ANYWAY!! EVEN THOUGH IT CLEARLY STATES IT DOESNT??! explain yourself. Also i make the secondary orde which was correct for the sales at cvs which your app doesnt reflect which you also claim. It was 57 charged to me then in store actual charge was 22 ? So what the hell are you guys doing here ? What am i being charged for? Should i just contact my bank?

Permissions highly invasive! App finds a limited number of items compared to web site shopping. Clearly unusable highly suspicious!

I can't even get the app to pull up anything. Not a good app at all.

Just went to my local CVS and saw signs for curbside. I upgraded the app and now it says that it's not on my area. Pretty bummed that I can't use this and why isn't Target part of this anymore? It used to be in San Jose!

Great concept and very good execution upon launch. I must have invested my purchases at Target many times over due to the convenience of a curbside pickup and the ease of ordering. But for whatever unexplained reason, Target discounted their support of the service. That effectively killed the usefulness of the Curbside service/app for me. If they can ever recover this relationship with Target, I'll start using the app again. How many times would one use a Curbside pickup at CVS or from a store in the mall?

Then next day, no store in area and cancelled two of my orders.

Fast service, order online pick up without getting out of the car.

I was given promo codes twice to try this out. They do not inform you that your order is significantly delayed or it has not gone through. I went to the store and was told the app wasn't working. What is the point if drive by pickup if orders cannot be fulfilled at a reasonable time I can get to the store? I expect my order to be ready by the time stated, and if not, a notification. Customer service very poor email unresponsive and phone as well.....

I was expecting a Curbside personnel to be ready with my stuff when I pull in outside the store, but no. I had to get my orders from the customer service counter INSIDE. This defeats the purpose of a Curbside hand delivery experience (which I had before in Target.) I am disappointed when you guys lost the Target account. The number & variety of items are now significantly lower. From a 5-star Target grocery experience to a dismal 1-star fail. I am sorry. It was a good run.

App hangs when trying to search for a location near me. I had installed it about a year ago and it did the same thing. However I just saw a sign at a Target store near me that said they are now offering Curbside service so I decide to install it again. But this fricken app just hangs and come to find out through other comments here...Curbside is no longer offered at Target! When an app is the only source generating revenue for your company....you need to hire better software developers. Just saying!

Only used once and I'm over it! Extremely difficult for store employees to use.. Maybe a lack of training? Orders are never ready as promised. I was charged twice, once in the app and once by the employee.Then told to call corporate to fix it.. App sucks...no notifications once you arrive to pick up...you just sit and wait for however long.. Support doesn't resolve any issues! I'll go in from now on... No thanks curbside! If I could have given no stars that would have been a more accurate rating!

Great app overall. Only cons are that some times the reception is bad and signal is not sent to employees to bring items out to the car. The customer service is awesome.

I ordered my stuff, the App said ready in 1 hour for 24 hours. Called the store, the cashier sent me a text about a CHANGE in order total from $16.00 to $49.00. Its BAIT & SWITCH!!
