While the system is a good idea, you should be able to search by state for stores rather than view all. It also requires the addition of paypal to prepay for your drink before you arrive. While my store, Ashwood, is generally good, it relies on the operator of the cafe to manage in coming orders effectively and I have often waited for staff with poor work ethic to finish talking to and serving their friends from the fresh produce or bakery department before actually making a pre-ordered customers order.

Once you process your order and press ok. You cannot get your order number back. Plus they didn't even start making it once I got there.

Eg paypal or registered credit card. What's the point of preordering if you have to pay when you pick up??

a few times I've got there and they haven't even started my order, customers in the shop are severed first so I would just order in the shop
