“Safe at Home” is designed to help you assess the safety of your home or your loved one’s home with the goal of preventing falls. Falls are the leading cause of injury and accidental death in older adults.

After assessing the home, a final report is created that can be viewed directly on your device, or exported via email or through your preferred social media platform.
