Waited forever for the app to become available on Android OS and the crappy app won't open on Samsung Galaxy S II

Had to shutdown and restart Galaxy S7 couples times before I was able to uninstall the app. Not able to use app with constant pop up. It will not close out to use my phone at all. Please fix!
